Wonderful place in a fantastic setting 10/10!!!

Great swimming pool, amazing setting in the black hills, and absolutely everything we needed. Very well stocked and even had some bonus treats.

The pool cues at the house were mushroomed except for one.

we had a VERY enjoyable stay at Priceless Black Hills View and will tell all our friends about it, who want to visit Cus

The view was in fact priceless! We liked being out of the main part of town. The place was large and immaculate, with a pool table (!) and everything in good to great condition. The large windows/doors in the living room meant you could see the view even while inside, in addition to when you were in the patio area with table and chairs. We also enjoyed seeing the deer who seemed to be be quite comfortable walking around the yard and the whole development. Also, Little reminders about upkeep were tastefully placed … like where to put the trash. Ryan was responsive to all messages.

Minor things… like wanting bar soap and a box of tissues available.

Nice space, quiet, clean, comfortable.

This property was clean, quiet, and had plenty of room. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a great bonus. We only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and the view was quite nice.

There was nothing I had issues with, the property was as I expected and our stay was good.

Breakfast wasn't included as stated in the brochure, and it was touted as a single house, not the lower level of a house. This was not made clear

Enjoy your time at this cozy location!!

The property is in a VERY nice, upscale area of Rapid City. Close to the amenities, but far enough away from any noise or traffic. The caretaker was great and ensured there was nothing that would interrupt our trip. A good example of the driveway being shoveled every morning before we even woke up. Great hospitality all around. Saving this location for future visits.

Not a single thing was disliked about this property.

This place offers value, a lovely view and a considerate host.

The view was spectacular in the winter. The structure is insulated amazingly well. The water gets hot fast. I appreciate that there was a coffee maker and fixings for it... and the host left us champagne for our wedding night.

I would have liked to be able to adjust the thermostat. We got rather hot at some points in the night. Very minor.
