The building is new & well maintainance. The facility, the location, the service and everything is perfect. The staffs are so friendly. We spent our christmas at there, and every event & activity are super cozy & beautiful. Mountain & beach view at the same location ♥️ we had a very good time to stay there. Super recommended!

Lovely hotel in amazing location with access to the beach. some activities included including smores by the fire every evening. Towels provided at pool and beach. Bathroom was lovely with everything needed.
Room service was quite expensive but this was to be expected.

The food at the restaurants called The Bistro and Brooks is just amazing! Sam at The Bistro gave us the best service at dinner—an amazing guy! The view of the lake and the morning yoga classes were perfect. The room is cozy, just like the lobby. The s’mores at night are great too!
An aspect that struck me as absurd given the price is that breakfast is not included and you have to pay a daily parking fee - and, like everything else at the hotel, it’s not cheap. Another aspect is the service level - completely disappointing. The staff doesn’t seem to prioritize providing a great guest experience. Considering the price, I was expecting a truly five-star service. Another thing, you have to book all your meals; otherwise, you’ll have to wait a long time to get a table. The worst part is that even when there are plenty of available tables, the wait persists. It seems that they are short-staffed.

Location is unbeatable, beach access is outstanding - beautiful / state of the art facilities.
Poor service - waited more than one hour for a single one dish dinner at the Bistro. Breakfast also very slow, and poor choice of items. Slow check out process.
Price - extra costs even for services which we didn’t use: $55 for a resort fee (what is exactly is it considering $1,000+ cost per night), mandatory valet parking (at $25 cost). Breakfast not included. Lack of transparency.

The natural environment in the hotel is very healing, the children are having fun, and the parents are very relaxed
The hotel basically has no service, and there are very few service staff. There is no one who pulls luggage to help open and close the door. The service staff in the restaurant are also very busy, which cannot meet the needs of guests when there are many people. The food taste is average.

The view of the lake was fabulous and the fire pits were awesome at night
We were on the second floor facing the front and because of the roof line your view was of the roof.

The property is gorgeous. The view of the lake and mountains from almost anywhere is breathtaking. The rooms are very nice and comfy and the lake view rooms offer an excellent upgrade to the already pleasant property. We also had a facial at the SPA and it was really nice. It was expensive, but results were positive. The SPA amenities were pretty limited and anymore than like 4-6 people it would be overly crowded in there, but it’s decent for an add on to the property, but it wouldn’t stand alone. The on premise yard games were a nice addition. The heated pool was pleasant area given the cool weather but had no attendants. Solid cocktails from the lobby bar.
It’s expensive. Plan on $100+ for 2 people for anything delivered to or outside the room. The king lake view room is nice, but we were in an obstructed patio view room (maybe the only one) and it was Mother’s Day weekend so I have no idea if we paid the same price for a sub par room. they were unable to accommodate a room change. I also dislike the property having a single gate entrance without walking path to surrounding areas. It adds 15 min to anything off property if you’re walking. $25/day for valet, which is silly, but there was an unmarked self parking area we didn’t even know about that you have to walk from the gate to the lobby so it’s not desirable. The room bathrooms are pretty, but if privacy is important, you won’t like it because there is minimal sound or sight privacy. There’s also no clear dedicated fan or sound privacy for the toilet area. The Edgewood restaurant is exceptional, albeit expensive, but the bistro and the coffee shop is pretty subpar. The bistro has SOME decent food options, but for the price, I would expect more healthy high end dining options outside of the premium restaurant. The coffee shop had a nice assortment of pastries, but the latte was burnt garbage. There is a need for an actual trained barista if you’re going to have an espresso bar. This person had no idea what they were doing.

Great location, service and facilities. Loved our stay and hope to come back again. Kids really loved the heated pool and smores. We also appreciated shuttle service the hotel provides, it was very useful and made our getaway smooth and restful.
We have zero complaints. Cannot think of any flaws or anything at would upset us. Thank you for our stay!

I’ve never said this before, but that was a near perfect stay. A truly wonderful hotel all around. Staff, location, room, amenities and guest experiences were all amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything made me happy. I especially loved the direct access to the lake, the year round pool and the quality of the rooms. The ambiance and lobby were outstanding. We will be back.
Bistro restaurant left a bit to be desired and the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed during breakfast.
