The location of the hotel was about it.. breakfast was just Ehh…
Everything - I’d love to share photos from our stay, we took over 20 photos of defect, disgusting services & amenities. From the beds, the bathroom, walls, floor, furniture, lights, shower, entrance door broken, hair in cooked food, etc..

The location was not bad.
There were roaches in the room.
The bathroom ceiling was full of mold.
There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom or anywhere in the room.
There was no soap in the bathroom.
The beds were uncomfortable.
There was no phone in the room to call office; I used my cell phone to call office and told them there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, I was told to come to the office and get some. (The office was on the complete opposite side of the complex.)

The physical plant is a shambles. The owners need to invest in major refurbishing or close it. In addition to carpet and furniture that looked 30+years old (with accompanying stains), all vending was unplugged and empty, and ice machines were both out of order (one flooding onto carpeted hallway). The overall feel was drab and dreary to the point where it makes you wonder how really clean the place is. It screams lack of care by the owners, not the staff.
The staff were great, trying to make the best out of a poor situation.

Breakfast was lame for price of room. TV screen was SMASHED! There were MANY empty rooms, but I was not offered a switch when I contacted the front desk. The ONLY available room seemed like a quarter of a mile away from entrance...?

This was one of the worst experiences I have had recently with a hotel. Yes, it is cheap, but I was expecting at least some clean rooms. Smoke odor is everywhere. The linens and sheets are noticeably burned with cigarettes. Once we left the premises, we were completely covered with that awful smell.

dirty smelly and dangerous.

The only think I liked about this overnight experience was the host. She was very polite and accommodating. She paid attention to me...the customer.
There are so many things I didn't like. Let's begin...For starters, the facility says 100% smoke free. Clearly not the case. The lobby even smelled like cigarettes were smoked inside. The hostess allowed me to view the room beforehand because I was turned off from the looks of things. Just as I thought...it was HORRIFYING. Once returning to the lobby, I was able to look at a room on the Quality Inn side. This room, while better than the Econo Lodge room, was still questionable. The refrigerator never got cold, the toilet was about to over flow, the outside door did not lock (so anybody could get in without a key), and things just were very shady. The thing that hurt the most was the incident in the shower the next morning. I didn't use the shower the same night as check in because I had just come from home, but when I went to pull the curtain closed that morning my hand touches a wet towel hanging on the rack. I didn't use it and neither did my husband. Which means... whomever cleaned this room...didn't do due diligence. So disappointing. I alerted the hostess upon checking out. The only thing offered to me was an apology. She was sweet...so I accept that, but nothing else to compensate for the lack of cleanliness. I truly believe this facility may have been nice back in the day, but it isn't worth visiting again. There are too many things that need to be upgraded and details need to be aid attention to. I pray someone will take this and apply it because it's truly sad to have a facility that looks like this.

Nothing.
The smell of smoke hit you in the face when you entered the facility. A man was begging for cigarettes and money at the building door entrance when I returned late at night. The wash clothes and towels had stains on them and the 2 pillows on the bed were very small.
