一階は遮光カーテンに加えて何かレースのカーテンのような目隠しが欲しいところ。物価が高いから仕方ないけど値段にしてはショボかった

Drapes were partially off hooks, allowing in a lot of parking lot light all night.

Disappointing.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.

The property is looking tawdry. Out of 6 rooms that I checked, none had properly working draperies. 5 rooms had draperies off the track and were unable to close.

Adequate, not offensive. Comfotable bed and pillow. Internet was a bit slow.

Convenient to interstate

Slow bathroom sink drainage and toilet. Wireless internet included and okay but not fast enough for for large downloads.

Good

The front lobby and hallways were very, basic and rundown. The room, however, was clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet. Overall the room served our purpose of having a place to stay overnight while visiting Cortland university. Houses across the street are run down and look like they’re abandoned.

Horrible.

Clean

The heater unit made a loud noise all night long. I was only able to sleep 3 hours. It was as bad as a hospital room stay with all of the loud noises. The hotel didn't accommodate me. At check out the lady just took my complaint, and said have a nice day.

Return visit!

Great location, just off the highway with multiple food and coffee options and gas stations nearby. Clean basic rooms, friendly staff and convenient parking. Nearby downtown with good restaurants.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was as anticipated and trouble free.

The room was clean and check in and out took seconds. the price was good also considering I was only there to get some sleep and then get going.

It was pleasant but I wish I slept better.

Can’t beat the location! They had free coffee in the lobby! Room looked very nice. Lovely beds!!

My room was cold at first. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The bathroom faucet was a bit loose. Did not know how to turn the sound down on the tv remote.

Great place to stay!

ALL of the staff are happy and personable! We stay quite often as we are contractors from out of town. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and are very accommodating!
