The room dor was not locking up from outside the room. The gym is very poor. The hotel needs a renovation

Thank you Quality Inn for being so accommodating while my family grieved the loss of a loved one.

Staff was personable, eager to help and treated us like family!! It was evident that the staff had a good working relationship amongst themselves that extended the level of service they offered their guests. I have stayed in hundreds of small mid priced hotels across the country over the years, this one by far exceeded the level of service I have received anywhere else.

There was nothing not to like… I hope the surrounding area around the property continues to develop into a more attractive destination. Landscaping and facade could use an upgrade…

Mattress. Building and rooms are very old. Nothing in the area for restuarants.

Excelente servicio.

El desayuno estuvo riquísimo, y pude comer lo que quisiera sin límite alguno. Me encantó mucho el servicio de las chicas, realmente se ve que aman lo que hacen. La limpieza del lugar fue excepcional y el servicio a la habitación fue muy bueno.

No tengo nada malo que decir. Todo me encantó. Superó mis expectativas.

Everything and they took more money than they should have and it hasn't been put back into my account. They claim it was credited back to my card but it cleared my bank.

the carpets were very dirty I had little ones and they crawl on the ground 9or walk at times there feet, need and hands were all black from how dirty the carpet was. I was so uncomfortable I had to cancel my stay.

Breakfast was very good and Erica was exceptionally efficient, courteous and friendly. pool was nice and inside entrance. Beds were comfortable.

Location close to turnpike.

No elevator to get to second floor rooms. Difficult to get up stairs with luggage. No fruit at breakfast.area around hotel is sketchy.

Hotel was clean. Check in Staff was rude. there was absolutely no parking. Had to park at another business. After working for 17 coming back to hotel to find no parking , and having to park off hotel grounds left my vehicle at risk.

A great location that was half-way between our two primary destinations.

The location was ideal for us to visit with family over the holidays - nearly half-way between the two homes we visited. It was also close to get breakfast, toiletries and snacks. It was also relatively quiet, but given it was the holidays the hotel was not very full.

No big negatives were noted in our stay since the main purpose for sleeping overnight and spending the days and evenings with our family in Kissimmee and Orlando. Might return if we attend the winter holiday celebrations with the family.
