Terrible hotel but if you need a quick place to stay it will get the job

The staff was great. Friendly and responsive. Fixed our concerns quickly.

Hotel smells like dog urine..there was actually dog poop in the elevator...drug addicts in the parking lots....side doors had no locks so anyone can enter the hotel..very dirty and smelly staircases...bed was not comfy... place looks like an old mentsl facility using the same steel metal bed frames.. Chairs werr torn and ripped and walls were pealing paint..bathroom had mold around the frames. I did not use that shower :/ No pool on-site, and their breakfast is just coffee and a muffin.

Beware of bugs

The location and AC was good.

There was hair on the beds. The walls are paper thin and there were people smoking weed in the other rooms. There was a roach in my room. Not a big one but enough to make you think how clean the place really is. The beds are really hard and the TV did not work.

Ok if you just want a clean place to stay

The room was a wonderful layout and the air conditioning was working & quiet?? Many TV stations ... especially sports!

Breakfast ended early but we did not know! No pool :( Didn't have a way to contact the front desk directly, we'd call from our mobiles.

Good

They don’t charge a security payment which a lot of place do now. The room has a large fridge and a hot plate type stove. Water in shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Rooms are quiet. Staff is nice.

It smells like pot when going from the lobby to the elevator area. We stayed two different occasions and both rooms had same issue with the shower doors not closing. On our most recent stay there was something sticky all over the bedside table and floor under it so room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

Very clean everywhere at the hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Plus, everything is close, including our favorite breakfast place, Bob evans!

It wasn't a breakfast. It was a pre packaged muffin, granola bar, or oatmeal.

Our entire floor smelled like freshly smoked weed. So did the elevators. We cancelled and left after the 1st night.

Worst experience pretty much ever - and we've traveled the world for decades. Very disappointing.

nothing. Wasted time. Caused stress. Gave us the run around. Wouldn't let us check in despite having a reservation. ruined the trip

Everything. This was by far the very worst experience we've had booking on booking. Bough this room as a gift to our daughter - confirmed in the booking correspdonances but would not let her check in. Insisted I call booking and have them contact the front desk. Then they wouldn't pick up the phone call. Totally stressful: our daughter trapped in Tampa without a room to check into. Our evening ruined being on the phone for 2 hours to resolve. I wrote to the manager a week later and NO REPLY. DO NOT STAY HERE - they are negligent, non-caring and go out of their way to ruin and destroy your plans. Shameful. Princess, you should be fired.

The staff was so friendly at this location. I went to the other building first and was not happy with that customer service. But the staff at this one has been amazing

I did not have any complaints, besides the wifi being slow and tough to work and not really looking to spend extra money
