I liked this hotel during my 1st visit. My 2nd visit was not as great as my 1st visit.

The location is great to my work.

1. I was not able to control the temperature in my room 2. The pillows are old and have lost its value. 3. My shower door was partially broken in my room. 4. The front desk staff should be more visible instead of allowing you to stand and yell for help 5. The breakfast was not as good.

It was a little too noisy and crowded on the second floor.

Didn’t like the odd exits at back of hotel near pool area. You can go in from the outside but you can’t go out from the inside. I know they are safety doors but there should be another easy access to the back parking lot.

It's a great place to stay

Everyone was professional and pleasant. I was pleased with how clean everything was inside and outside of our room. The hotel had a clean smell even inside the elevators.

I think the staff should be more visible at the front desk. I’ve had to stand and yell out Hello to get any service.

Matress tended to roll you toward the middle and creaked on the side toward the window as you sat down on it as if the frame was cracked. Thermostat showed low battery the whole stay.

A little pricey but we had a great time

Fire pit! No complaints when we gathered in lobby after wedding (a little loud at times). Breakfast was good (sausage gravy would’ve been perfect)!

they added an “incidental” charge of $50 while I was there and told me when I left it would be taken off within three days. They haven’t removed the charge. Apparently they charged me for my dog, a miniature labradoodle. She is well trained, does not shed and couldn’t tell we even had a dog. No mention of a pet charge to me, just saw it on the invoice. Looked like it was removed but it hasn’t been on my credit card.

Great, clean hotel.

The staff was all very friendly. From the man who checked us in to the woman who checked us out and everyone in between. Breakfast was good, and there was someone refilling trays and anything else frequently. The whole hotel was very clean, including the pool area and the fitness center. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Disappointing

Comfortable beds. Large TV. Bathroom setup was roomy and had nice shower with soap and shampoo dispenser.

Front desk made me wait for 15-20 minutes to check in. I understand there was a system issue but she could have done what she did after 20 minutes as soon as i got there and contacted my room if she needed me for anything else. I felt it was an unnecessary wait. Refrigerator wasn't very cold.

I was at property almost 1pm and asked whether I could checked in early. I was told I have to pay $25 fee, and the staff was very rude.
