The beds, and the accommodations were very nice beyond that it was overpriced.
Virtually every time we turned around there was an up charge, the food quality was average.

Everything was great
The tipping should be included and added to at my discretion. Not mandated. I was taken back with the difference in price between Florida residents and what I had to pay .

The staff were very friendly. They treated us well. Our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was a great experience. They feed you good too! The room was clean. Free waters and sodas in room.
I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like.

A cute, quaint and thankfully quiet resort. The steakhouse restaurant experience was one of the best we've had. Rooms were comfortable and well laid out, the patio and outdoor shower was a bonus. Food overall was prepared well and service was decent.
Our 1st room was saturated in a smoke smell to the point where the front desk person was visibly off-put when bringing us in there. We moved to a 2nd room and it was not all that much better. Who the heck still smokes in a small, closed hotel room despite the resort tellilng you there is no smoking? The upstairs mediterranean restaurant ambiance felt like a cafeteria. For an all-inclusive place I felt like I was consistently proposed something that had an additional cost much more than when I've have had all-inclusive in the past. Overall I felt the price vs. the experience was excessive but I guess that's what we have to pay to keep kids out (which I guess makes it worth it).

Everything was above our expectations, I’ll definitely do it again!
I saw some better room decor I paid 60.00 and wasn’t worth it for the rose pedals at all!!! And I was told it was free due to the fact it was my one year wedding anniversary.

Staff was beyond amazing. Terry the valet was above and beyond.
We spoke with front receptionist and were told we could have drinks delivered to our room but we were charged when staff arrived. That was a little disappointing after the expense of our trip.

Staff was amazing! Pool was clean, everything was perfect except the food. If you are hungry after 11:30 be prepared because there’s nothing to eat.
There’s no food after 11:30pm There’s no snacks bar or vending machines. Also there’s no food or snacks in the room. For the price I think they need to improve a lot. The food on the restaurant’s have no flavor at all. If you smoke, there’s no area to smoke.

All the meals were high quality, well prepared & delicious, surprising for an all-inclusive! The layout of the Bungalows allows for great privacy. Lots & lots of trees allowing for shade & comfort on hot days. Even though the property was full there were plenty of choices to sit or lounge. No need to scout it out early or leave a towel in the chair. there is a party pool & a zen pool. they thought of everything. Including incredible service!
I thought my bed was a little soft.

Loved the rooms, the place, the beach, the water and mostly the bicycles! We road everywhere and really enjoyed it. Is is a wonderful paradise and we enjoyed it greatly!
We liked everything about Bungalows, but we felt that for a very high-end and expensive all-inclusive, the food should have been better. It indicates it is all inclusive, but when we arrived a lot of things did have a price to pay (sunset cruise, B&B restaurant, and other activities). We had a great time, love the place, but felt at the end that we ended up paying much more than the deposit we gave at the beginning.

We loved the beautiful grounds and the gorgeous palm trees lining the pathway of the entire resort.
Wished there was outdoor shopping close by but we were on our honeymoon and the resort and staff were amazing. Alyssa took care of us at Fishtails and we just loved her friendly sincere personality. She was exceptional at her suggestions and information when we asked questions about the activities etc. We never spoke to any staff that wasn't friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future and recommend the Bungalow's. It was a perfect week and the food was outstanding and the drinks were very good. We were also impressed with Mitch and captain Patrick on the sunset catamaran sailboat. They were knowledgeable and entertaining and professional. My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience this week. Thank you to all the staff who made our honeymoon so enjoyable! I also had one of the best massages I've ever had with a gentleman who knew his practice. I can't recall his name but he was excellent! I thought the quality and cleanliness and value were all top notch! Thank you so much ,
Micheal any Traci.

Loved the spa treatment, however you received the same value as massage envy for 3.5-4x the cost per individual.
Amenities were decent, however, all things seemed to come at an additional cost (Spa, cruises, even meals came with an expected gratuity). Only things included were basic meals, room, and pools.
