Comfortable, clean rooms with a lovely group of staff.

Very welcoming staff from check in to just walking through and meeting staff in the hallways! Upon check in - we were welcomed with Soup in the lobby , the breakfast wasn’t your typical continental - very yummy!

Much better than we expected.

Standard hotel breakfast. Clean quiet room.

No elevator. Tough for older folks to drag luggage upstairs.

They gave good old fashion customer service, something that is missing in our post-COVID era!!

Service was like pre-pandemic standards. They clearly care about their guests and went above and beyond!

The sink is in the same room as the beds which makes it difficult to get ready if others are still sleeping. But the customer service was soooo good this point didn’t matter.

The breakfast was fantastic. I was very impressed by the fresh fruit bar. Great variety, quality, and tons of it.

If you find yourself in Miles City, this is the place to stay!

Everything about this hotel was awesome. From the fresh pot of hot soup waiting upon our arrival to the made to order breakfast the next morning. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Super clean! Friendly staff and the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Also offers a pet friendly version located across the street. They even send you off with a goody bag full of snacks in the morning.

A heavier blanket offered in the winter months would be appreciated. I like to keep the room cool at night and use warm blankets to keep warm instead of using a heater.

No elevator is a bummer. The fact that you can hear kids in the hall so early.

Very clean throughout, comfortable beds and great breakfast. They even offered soup & snacks in the evening! Pool hours were till 11 which is SUPER!! Seriously more hotels should keep it open that late for the adults to relax in the hot tub. Very impressed, definitely stay again!

I felt so cozy staying here. It was like staying at a second home or a night at Grandma's.

The staff was amazing, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious each morning.

Thin walls makes it easy to wake up but not a problem when fan/heater is on.

Probably one of the best inclusive breakfasts I have had in a hotel in the USA

In the booking notes it said that the breakfast would be good. They were wrong, it was exceptional. Easy walking access to a few restaurants.

Not in the downtown area, but a very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast

This is a modern hotel, not in the downtown area, but easy to access. We had one one night, and it worked out perfectly for us. If you are staying longer, you'll like the inside swimming pool, as well. Excellent breakfast efficiently prepared. The owner kindly suggested an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner.

We usually prefer to be in a historic hotel downtown, but this one suited us perfectly for a one night stay, and met all ur needs.
