Probably won’t stay at another Vacasa due to nothing being done about roaches in the home that we worried we were going

We didn’t stay there

When we arrived we walked into a condo that hadn’t been cleaned and it was a mess. There were a ton of roaches in the oven behind the led screen.

Everything was great at circle the steps and the TV

Did not like they did not have an elevator and the site did not say that upfront when we booked it was later in emails. We both had back surgery last year and those steps was hard for us to do this needs to be in the way first of yawls side so people know that.

Good space, clean, good location

The description should say there is no elevator before you book, not after you pay. Also, it says “water view” but it’s the bay not the gulf.

Was worth every dollar!

Loved the Jacuzzi bathtub, everything was great! Shallow ocean right behind apartment was able to swim with my 5 year old! If you have kids this is the place!!

Very good

I felt a little misled that it wasn't oceanfront it was more bayfront but other than that it was wonderful

It took us about 45 minutes to get in the room but other than that it went smooth

Cant beat the views and peaceful location. would still rent again regardless of the issues

location and view fantastic

sliding doors do not slide without lifting and great physical force. I don’t see how the average person would think the could open them. the blender is broken, the bottom gear appears to be ground out. Could use some new mattresses

It was a nice place but won't spend that kind of money on it again.

The view was beautiful. King bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean.

The instructions on the door code weren't very clear. Both sliding glass doors to balcony were broken and didn't lock. Two of the three coffee pots were broken- which led to a mess before we figured out which one worked. No extra trash bags were provided to had to call for those. Jacuzzi tub drain plug was broken off so a bath was out of the question. Nice place but for what we paid we didn't expect the place to have issues like those.

The gulf side beach was great, the condo pier is nice to watch the sunset, and the pool was clean.

Pool was clean.

Condo parking- someone parked in our spaces from another condo unit. Beds were lumpy and saggy. I cleaned door handles with Lysol when we arrived. I brought disinfectant wipes which was a good thing because there was blood on the master bedroom door frame. No curtains or blinds on the rear of the condo and master bedroom. Sheers do not count and they were ripped. The sliding doors did not lock and the main door did not even work. The outlet next to the closet in the master does not work properly. It would be nice to have a place to hang wet towels and wash rags in the bathrooms. There is no place in the master for luggage.

I looked around for another place to stay but everything was full, 8 flights of stairs sucks

the microwave was in poor shape the vent cover kept falling off , found bra sticking out under couch ,dirty dishes in the cabinet

Disappointing

The location to several points of interest was pretty good.

The apt location wasn't mentioned till after booking...4th floor, no elevators. The power went out in some outlets and the fan stopped working in the first bedroom. No staff to convey this to. The black louver on the microwave fell off while using it. We left it on top of the refrigerator. The blender doesn't work. The motor runs, but the blades don't move. Also no staff around to convey this to. Also, the oven drawer is crooked and seemed stuck. Didn't matter to us, as we didn't use the oven or stovetop anyways.
