Very family friendly and clean.

The room was great. Especially for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Internet was extremely slow unless you paid for an upgrade.

Fantastic location and big comfy room

they had a normal free breakfast that was delicious and easy for kids. The best part is the location, they are located close to everything in pigeon forge and on a convenient backroad that can get you to where you need to be faster without going on the main drag traffic. If you need to go to Dollywood it is right down the street. All of the shows and fun shops (especially the big walking outlet mall) are super close. Also the room was nice and big great for a pack and play set up like we had. Also our cat was comfy

the AC was having a hard time keeping up. The room was huge so we understand it may have been difficult for the little swamp cooler to keep it going. Also there was no bathtub. Other than that it was great!

Relaxing stay in Pigeon Forge

It was in a great location for us off the main strip but convenient. Located just behind Margaritaville.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it.

Stay was very enjoyable.

Breakfast was good. Very clean, room was a great size for me and my husband. We were very pleased with the location. Would definitely book again.

I loved the location and layout of the rooms.

The rooms were a little higher than we were comfortable with.

Overall had a very nice stay.

Staff very nice. Room clean and well appointed.

Handicap parking. Not enough of it (only 4 that I saw). Both my sister and I have mobility issues and it was very hard to find parking.

Always feel at home even away from home.

Staff helpful and friendly, fresh smell, best breakfast ever, pet friendly, long safe hallways to get our steps in when weather didn’t permit walking outside.

Cheap paper towels in room, could use a sharper knife in kitchen - hard to prepare food when knife needed.

Amazing views 👏

I had the best view from room 402 which is in the top corner of the building on the ferris wheel side of the building. You actually get a double view from this room and it has three windows. I'm so spoiled. I'll probably never stay anywhere else ever again :) Thank you so very much, and I can't wait to come back. Regina at the front desk was a rare gem. Super sweet and I thank her so much for making my stay in Pigeon Forge amazing 👏 Thank you so very much Regina!!!

A very enjoyable stay, the location is great and staff was excellent.

Everything was clean and fresh

The only negative was the pool was a bit too cold. Also, a hot tub would be nice.

Decent stay, staff was cooperative and apologetic about the pillows. Room was decently clean.

Breakfast was ok, nothing to get excited about.

Requested to have pillows exchanged, they all smelled terrible. Lack of water pressure in shower, shower door did not move easily. Lamps in room not bright enough.

The property was very clean and the location is wonderful. We loved our stay.

The breakfast wasn’t our favorite hotel breakfast. We skipped it on the second day and went out to eat. But, everything else was great.

My wife and I had a really nice time, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast offerings were average, perhaps more carnivore choices. Staff were friendly, and very welcoming. I loved the location: close to everything, but not on the main road, so it was quiet.

The only problem I had was the USB charging ports bedside were quite worn, I had to use my glasses case to wedge the cable tight for contact.

Superb

Loved my stay here. The hotel is walking distance from the Island Ave and a lot of the activities we had planned were super close to the hotel. Breakfast was ok didn't have much to choose from but overall very good! I will recommend this place to anyone!

Great hotel, and location! Highly recommend here!

This property is in a beautiful location. Our room was perfect, and had the most amazing view of the mountains, and overlook of The Island. It’s very clean inside, and staff is very welcoming. Overall this hotel is great!

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. Both were very thin!

Love the mountains

The staff was truly amazing. Willing to help at anytime. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the microwave was not working. Unable to heat leftovers, and wasted money on that point. And oil leaks from the door mechanism where we had to wipe daily to keep the floor clean.

Pricy but Nice

I loved the location because it was where we needed to be. I wanted close to the LaConte Center. The entire facility that I could see was clean. The staff that we encouraged were friendly.

I did not like the bathroom door because it was a sliding door and did not actually close. Sharing a room with someone can be a little awkward.

Awesome place besides pet fee

Very Cj lean and nice couldn’t ask for a better place or cleaner place. Location was great but for the expense we paid was ridiculous once we got there still charge us $30 per fee then we checked out got home and charged on my card $75 more dollars pet fee?? I don’t understand we had a small shihtzu went out of our way to make sure we took her with us everywhere nothing I mean nothing out of place we empty our own trash and picked up straighten room up as if our own home. Never again for that price I could have rented a cabin or condo. $379.81 2 nights in motel room
