Location was good, parking was easy, and it was quiet within the building. Given the price, it's a decent value.
- Service was horrible (emails took days, calls were never answered, and there's no one on site)
- It's basically a shared bnb, which is not ideal if you're looking for privacy. Our room was right off of a common area, which made us a little uneasy the whole time
- The room didn't feel clean (stains on the bedding, broken handles on the furniture)
- There was a lack of basic things (no iron, no safe)
- The building didn't feel very secure -- the lock to the building was open several times when we came home (since it relies on people to manually lock it when they leave)

I think this place is great for long stays in LA. You’re well connected to several parts of the city by car. And when you don’t feel like driving there’s a lot to do and see within walking distance. This is our second stay here and we’ll most likely stay here again on our next visit.

Good facilities and free parking
Bit dirty

Nothing
It wasn’t as it appeared on the internet the bed was extremely small my husband is 6ft 2 inches he didn’t even fit into the bed .The bathroom was very small my husband couldn’t even stand up straight in it .
We had to stay the first night because we had travelled up from Vegas but we stayed in another hotel the 2nd night even though we had paid for the 2 nights.

Nice house converted into semi-automated BnB in cute private hill neighborhood. Chill/ trendy area near downtown. Public transit and hiking trails nearby
Floors are a bit thin (you can hear people walking around). Minor: no bathroom in common areas

Quiet. Comfortable beds, nice common area.
Parking very limited. Very pricey.

We were able to check bags in storage locker for early arrival and late departure. Great communication response time.

We were slightly worried when booking this hotel due to some reviews on guests having parties when staying here, however we experienced nothing of the sort.
We were provided clear and simple instructions before arriving on how to enter the property. The property itself was quiet with everyone keeping themselves to themselves. There was a communal kitchen and seating area which was very modern and a great option for those looking to cook their own food. The room was also equipped with a fridge and kettle meaning you didn't necessarily need to use the communal kitchen if you weren't looking to cook.
We also found the washing facilities very beneficial which were located in the communal area. Washing detergent was provided at property so all you needed to do was pay us use the machine (the machine took quarters). This was a great addition for us personally as were traveling so needed to wash our clothes and being able to do it on site made life easier. Cleaners also visited the site daily to clean the communal areas and any rooms that had been requested to be cleaned which kept everything feeling very fresh.
The location of this property was ideal for commuting into downtown LA or to Santa Monica beach by bus with bus stops being near enough outside of the property.
The walls in the rooms were slightly thin meaning you were able to here other guests conversations or when they started their shower however this wasn't much of an issue.

Great design and location. Loved the small touches of facilities eg. keypad doors so you don't need keys, lockers for convenience, hipster drip coffee maker, fridge and comfy bed.
Great WiFi for those needing to work remotely. Shared kitchen space and porch perfect for longer business stays.
It was a bit tricky to find when arriving at night, but details given to find it was clear so we managed anyway.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
Despite detailed instructions, the property was extremely difficult to find in the dark.

We liked the room and common areas, the general location worked well for us, and we appreciated the relative quiet given a fairly busy street (the inn sits well above the street with trees between).
Our frustration with this property has everything to do with the complete lack of signage, confusing directions and map, and the poor condition of the walkways leading to the entrance. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel, had a hard time finding the inn, had to park on the street some distance from the entrance—and couldn't find the entrance because there were NO signs: nothing visible from the street and no sign on the gate, which we finally found in the dark because it is beneath dense trees, is not lit at all, and is only accessible by going up the steps of a neighboring building, then down a short, dark path. (We were unable to reach anyone at the inn to locate the property or clarify directions, but a woman talking on the phone in the doorway of another building in an alley behind the property at least confirmed that we had found the right place.) Once through the gate, the pathway to the entrance is in poor condition: badly cracked pavement leading to yet another poorly lit gate, and then a number of steps up to the main entrance—challenging to say the least when carrying bags and hauling wheeled suitcases.

smelled good. great design. some parking in back. deck space. overall clean and new. great view! bedding was nice. loves the sink in the room
we think the cleaner took our food from the fridge and we were staying another day - we were going to eat it!
the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we hoped but it was fine.
saw a silverfish scoot across the floor in the room 😐 not a huge deal

Nice design/decor and we loved the area. Great kitchen space.
Very unclean, lots of dust and hair everywhere (pics taken).
Style over substance; cheap broken bed, we kept sinking into the middle, my partner woke up each day with a sore back, we realised on the last night of our stay the piece of wood supporting the bed was broken; inadequate/questionable lighting; and odd a/c system.
Overall, disappointed. My partner and I were travelling round CA, I was looking forward to this place and I thought I'd spend a little extra for our last stay but it didn't live up to expectations.

The proximity to Dodger Stadium was fantastic. Easy walk to save on parking and traffic was perfect. The shower was amazing and having a little fridge in the room was great to have things for breakfast.
Parking was HORRENDOUS! Trying to find anything the first night took about 40 min. Also, there was not much food wise around to just grab and go. The futon wasn't the most comfortable, but it worked, and the tv was hard to figure out.

Very clean. Unique property. Common area and porch was nice. It was quiet which I did not expect given the location on Sunset and the fact that here are 9 rooms in the house.
I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, but my wife liked it. It is a mattress on a low platform.

Location was on purpose, to be close to my old neighborhood. The common spaces - and the larger house itself - were great! Staff was fantastic, very communicative. Close and walkable to Echo Park, which is great!
Our room was on the smaller side. We were on street level... so tricky to leave windows open. It was also a Dodgers home series so parking was hard to find (again, I used to live in the area - I know all the streets).

This was fantastic accommodation: modern, roomy, extremely comfortable and with nice personal touches. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations. It is a great neighbourhood with plenty of interesting independent shops and eateries within a 15 minute walk.
Everything was fantastic thanks.

good location, good for groups, nice facilities
the a/c in our bedroom didn’t work. the bed was full size which was tight. also didn’t like that we had to park far away from the property.

Noon on Sunset Hill was the ideal place for us to stay. We loved the chic, airy interiors, the balcony was lovely for relaxing in the morning and evening, having the kitchenette in our room was super handy and the location in trendy Echo Park/Silverlake was perfect – especially for non-drivers like us! Lots of cool places within walking distance and the no.4 bus right outside. Would highly recommend.
We bashed our legs on the sharp corner of the bed a few times… but apart from that, zero complaints!

there is parking for only 2 cars. Any other parking is not near the property. Parking on Sunset Boulevard is not a good option

No breakfast
