It was ok

It was clean and the bed are comfortable

My first 3 times I came I never had to make a deposit. My 4th time I came the man Nick said I had to pay a $100 deposit but on the outside of the window it says $50 then he told me I couldn’t use the same card I paid with I had to use cash that was a little weird to me

Just what I needed

Right off the freeway and very clean. I was even able to pay a little extra for a late check out which was everything I needed. The owner and his wife are wonderful people!

Very comfortable for the price

It was a nice place the staff was cool and answer all my questions and let me finish my laundry 🧺

It was very hot in Texas that week and I didn’t like that

everything dirty sheets. had to call out housekeeping from home to come clean our room. took about an hour for them to get to the room

toilet wouldn’t flush , bathtub didn’t work, I was told pool was open over the phone and it was closed . blood on the sheets , holes in the sheets and blankets , smelled like mildew in the room, weed smell everywhere. staff took forever to come to the front desk he was on his phone and the two men that worked the front desk we’re extremely rude .

It was a very disappointing place for my family and myself.

The main thing that I liked was the hotel was close to where I needed to be for my events.

I did not like how I had to check into the hotel at a window. We did not have a trash can of any kind in our room. The parking lot did not feel secure at night cause people were hanging out and making a lot of noise. Also,I don't like the fact that I have not been able to get an itemized receipt for me stay.I have requested one by email and by phone to the hotel.

Absolutely nothing!

The room was filthy so dirty we had to sleep on blankets from the car. The guests are screaming all night have furniture outside to party. The bathroom was awful the room had stains everywhere broken door. We had made a request for room on first floor due to my daughter having ms and it was granted but when we arrived the rooms were not available after a period of time were finally given an accessible room in first floor. The hotel was awful location was awful and staff was awful the pictures online are not even close to the actual hotel.

The stay was okay besides the toilet

I like that I got checked in to get dressed for a funeral.

The toilet seat was so loose we had to squat over the toilet to use it. That was not satisfying

The location is convenient

I’m not sure if it’s under new management but the staff is not helpful and they removed the coffee pot, iron and hair dryer from the rooms. We’ve booked there regularly for several years but we will find a different place to stay after our last visit. The room was not clean and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

Bad location. No restaurants nearby. The room smelled of mold. The staff was locked in a cage and you had to slide payment through a slit in the glass. When I asked for extra towels he said I could only have one (the two girls went to the pool and there were no pool towels, so I gave up my towel and was unable to shower in the morning because ll the towels were still wet. He slid the one extra towel through the slit in the glass. Neighbors were noisy. Would not stay again!!!

The maintenance of the room. Quiet for the most part of the night.

The door wasn’t completely sealed. Also people was walking the property. Their was blood strained on the sheet (fresh), so the bed wasn’t properly cleaned
