Clean apartment, good location.

Spent 2 nights here as a family of 5. Location was handy near the sants train station. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Quiet location and handy and close near airport too.

Didn't spend a long time in our apartment as we spent most of time out exploring barcelona. Apartment was basic and met our needs. We were told to remove all rubbish on leaving apartment but when asked where bins was were told to empty rubbish into bin on street.

Bien mais pour un court séjour.

La taille de l'appartement, très spacieux, avec des enfants c'est très bien. La luminosité aussi avec beaucoup d'ouvertures ' fenêtres ) en journée mais ceci s avère être un problème le soir venu avec l'absence de volets et les lumières de la ville qui restent allumées …

Le bruit, avec notamment le métro ( train ) en sous sol qui fait trembler le sol toutes les 5 MNS, l'absence de volets aux nombreuses fenêtres et également le mobilier vieillissant, surtout les canapés très sales et peu confortables.

Apartments were nice , wish you guys had transportation to your other locations

Guy who serviced us was kind and understanding.

Room location was outside in the dark no outside lights, no way to really see as Americans we don’t walk into dark alley ways. It was a bit odd to not have lights in the evening

Good stay would recommend. Great location very close to Santa Justa Railway station.

Ideally situated for catching early train next day. Very comfortable, clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Places to eat nearby.

A unpractical place who want´s to look fancy and modern.

I slept och took a shower.

It´s a very unpractical room. No lights by the bedside. No light over thje dinnertable, and the ones from the roof cats a shadow som you can see and write. A fancy , roundlapm on a kind of table (just for show off) had no visible turn off button, so I had to drag the plug. The bed was hard, no bed madrass, only a springmadrass. The bedding when the bedsheets are put around and under the madrass demands a striong man to release. It looks fancy, but it doesn´t work in reality when you want to sleep.

I recommend this place, good value for money.

Very good location, reception area and the staff was lovely! We needed parking, and the hotel provided us with underground parking with a lift going up right to the floor where our apartment was located. The kitchen is well-equipped. Can defiantly recommend it!

Noise from trains can be disturbing, because the station is across the street. Some of the furniture is a little old, but this will concern only the pedantic because in general, everything is very clean.

the staff in reception, we go there because there was a cot but he told us just when we arrived we didn't have a cot, we showed about deception and he invited us to sleep on the street, we slept there because it was 12 pm and we didn't try to find other place. Very disappointed with the staff, no feelings to send us with a baby to sleep on the street

Perfect when travelling with train.

It was exactly what I expected. Nothing extra. We needed a place close to the train station. really great location. I’m recommending it also for spending a weekend there.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, within steps of the main train station

The apartment itself was very spacious! There was a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, so much storage space, table / couch / chair and they had pulled out the secondary bed from under the couch. The bed was very big and comfortable too! We only stayed one night, but I could see a week-long stay here very comfortable. There was a TV at the base of the bed / to the couch, and I *think* it could be turned to face either way? We didn't try it though. We brought our dog (who was terrified of the huge black baby devil statues by the elevator), which is always great to be able to do, despite the 22 euro extra cleaning fee :)

There were no towels or toilet paper in the room, so we had to go get them from reception (and they kindly asked at check in that we take our garbage out ourselves, but no garbage bags in the bins - which was fine, we were only staying one night and had dog poop bags for the garbage..) The floors did not seem to be mopped properly either. These might have been simple booking mistakes, but still a bit of a negative point nonetheless. The shower was theoretically nice, but it didnt have much water pressure / it would leak out of the shower itself. The Wifi was very unreliable too unfortunately..

the Slavic lady at the administration door nest to the entrance was very unpolite, good that she is not taking care of the client, very disgusting her behavior
