Room was the perfect size! Clean, friendly staff, loved the pool and close to the beach and boardwalk. Fifth year coming; have stayed at three other motels and this one is a new favorite.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. The location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Pool was lovely.
There was nothing not to like. We had a wonderful stay. Too short!

The location is walking distance to beach and boardwalk
They charged us a “resort fee” which was for use of the pool which was closed since we stayed in February and beach badges which also were not needed in winter. They also charged us $15 for parking. These charges were not told to us at check-in. If you do decide to stay here, park on the street for free during off-season. The door to our room would not close without slamming it shut. The place is very run down and needs updating. Bathroom ceiling tiles hanging down.

The manager was a nice guy
I couldn’t get the TV to work, the bed was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t control the heat heat in the bathroom was a little chilly, they were only four electrical outlets, and they were 5 to 6 feet from the ground in really bad locations.

Somewhat close to beach
Motel is old and dingy. Didn’t feel comfortable enough to even use their blankets/sheets on the beds, luckily we brought our own in fear of its lack of cleanliness… glad we did! For the price they charge, they should make some upgrades and provide cleaner rooms, get rid of the old carpets. There were broken/missing tiles in bathroom wall. I could see if they charged $100 a night, but for the price, it was extremely disappointing. Won’t stay there again.

close to beach was the only good part of the stay.
motel was old and dated. bedding felt sticky. people were allowed to stay by the pool late and disturbed sleeping.
2.5
the location close to the boardwalk.
the staff and their children look like they live there they were harassing the hispanic people who stayed at the location, the children all had walkie talkie reporting every move to the office while the adult staff took breaks smoking and drinking on grounds.

The owner driving the golf cart was rude and disrespectful. He yelled at my sister about parking and threatened to cancel her reservation. She was a 1st time guest and didn’t know nor were we given instructions during booking about parking. His behavior was uncalled for and unnecessary. We won’t be back.

Had one of the worst experiences. The room wasnt clean. Towels were dirty, window in bathroom top piece missing. Door latch hanging off door. When me and my family came back from the boardwalk, our room door was open
