Cosy, small hotel with very nice location, quiet neighborhood and really close to UCLA and Botanical Gardens, had a nice walk there every day. Old and new nicely renovated next to each others
Loved the snacks in the “minibar” and nice to have possibility to make coffee in the room.
Cannot recommend to people with heavy luggage or difficulties with walking stairs, no elevator.. Room pretty small, one luggage opened fine, other one would have been a problem.
Breakfast was not really a breakfast, recommend to have it elsewhere

The reception staff were extremely kind and courteous. The breakfast coffee machine was a great amenity, and they had a good workspace near the reception area, which was very convenient.
I found that not having an elevator can be a bit inconvenient at times, especially since my room was on the third floor. However, the staff were always willing to carry my luggage or bags to my room, which was appreciated. Another issue I encountered was that, on two occasions during my stay (which was split into two periods), the housekeeping staff changed the sign I had placed on my door from "Clean the Room" to "Do Not Disturb." The first time, I thought I might have made a mistake, but the second time I took a photo and confirmed that they had altered it. I didn’t find this to be very courteous.

It’s a beautiful hotel, nicely located in Westwood Village.

i liked that they were green and didn’t have plastic bottles of water. the common area was clean and the room was clean except for hair found in sink.
staff was slow… didn’t really feel efficient.. just on their own time. took 15mins to check in. when i left the hotel at 5am, the staff (gentleman) behind the desk was fully asleep snoring…. very unprofessional. never have seen that.

The staff were very helpful and kind
The pillows were softer than I like and there were no alternatives available

Hotel was in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable. The room was small but perfect for one person.
It is a well-priced hotel for the standard of room and amenities.
The staff at the front desk were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Literally didn't crack a smile or have the most basic hospitality industry manners. The young woman at the check-in desk reminded me of a sulky teenager with a job she hates. As a guest of the hotel, her attitude definitely tainted the enjoyment of an otherwise perfectly nice stay.

No proper breakfast available, only coffee/tea and croissants&fruits

My watch got stolen from my room during my stay - and although I flagged it a few times (on location and via email) I never heard back.

Location was wery good.
Parking was wery expencive, I had appricheated if there hade been some alternative in the nearbye parking garage to park with a dicount. The guyes who took care of our car was wery helpful and polite, so just park the car was no problem..

Visiting the Getty, great location. Charming hotel. European ambience. Overall a very good experience.
The $13 bottle of drinking water for sale in the room was a tad greedy.

wonderful location and nice details in the room.
customer service, especially the girl at the reception was quite unfriendly. We didn’t really felt welcome to ask questions.

quite convenient location with a few supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance
The service was poor. During the stay, our room was not cleaned, eventhough we left the service sign on the door and we left the room at 10 AM. By the time we are back, about 5PM, the room wasnt cleaned. The reason for the housekeeping for not cleaning was: "we're busy the whole day". The receptionist was not friendly, rarely smiled nor was accommodating. THe only good thing about this place is that it is conveniently located.

Nice and cozy forniture.
Breakfast was not included in the price but coffee, croissant and fruits were present for the guests anyway.
Location was fine for our needs (near the UCLA).
unpleasent and non supportive receptionist.
My colleague did not find her phone charger after the staff cleaned our room.

Nice lobby area, coffee and breakfast treats were excellent. Parking lot around corner was handy and less expensive than valet. Comfy beds and linens.
Minor complaints, but rooom design is a bit awkward and tight. Service was fine, but it was like pulling teeth to get information. Request for quieter room on higher floor was missed. Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area if you're walking.

They haven’t returned my security deposit yet. I also just didn’t feel safe in the room.

beautifully appointed rooms and common areas and exterior
It was very odd they had croissants available in the morning for breakfast but nothing to put on them such as butter, jam etc. nor any cutlery from memory. There was a magnificent toaster sitting in the kitchenette area but no bread to toast. There was a bowl of oranges but no knife to cut them up. The cups were disposable which for a hotel of this calibre so beautifully fitted out was odd. I guess I expected a bit more from my experience elsewhere at this same pricepoint. I was told during covid they had to close the kitchen area but we are well out of covid now.
A small matter but important. Thank you for an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel was very cute and modern in a very nice and convenient location close to the university campus and many restaurants and shops.
The rooms were verry very tiny and overpriced for their size and style. There were no staircases so you needed to carry all your luggages to upper floors. Also, the overnight vallet was the highest we paid across our USA trip even higher than famous hotels with more stars.

a kettle in the room was brilliant
