It was an extremely close walk to downtown, easy to return with bags or souvenirs to drop off before more exploration of the city. I honestly believe the complimentary snacks and food 24/7 was more convenient than a typical 7-10 am breakfast. Having an 8 year old able to grab a yogurt, pack of crackers, or apple made a huge difference against the typical "I'm hungry, can we go somewhere and get food?"

Loved it all! Room and staff very nice. Location is excellent. Walking distance to BB hall of fame, shopping and food. Parking on-site.
Snowed when there. Side exit nearest our parking spot was not properly salted. Steps and railing dangerously icy. Also, would have liked for room to have full length mirror outside of bathroom.

The room was a perfect size , clean and welcoming and we LOVED the little treats as we came in , like free bottled water!? Like really!? Haha bravo

Requested an early check in because of impending snow storm.. It was granted with no questions asked. The front desk person was friendly when we arrived and check in moved quickly.. Nice comfortable room in a nice area of Cooperstown less than a mile from main street.. We will try it again..

We didn’t eat there. There was a wide variety of item to eat such as cereal, yogurt, muffins, snacks, fruit, cookies and drinks. They also provided bottle water.
There could have been fresh lemon.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Loved the food and coffee set-up in the lobby. Close to town and the HOF. Will definitely stay there again.

The location, tons of parking, very accessible to downtown Cooperstown
very disappointed by the awful smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways, ruined the experience for me and I have stayed here before so this was truly unwelcome

The front porch and walking distance to Main Street.
The price was too high for the accommodations. The website pictures and description leads one to believe this is a quaint traditional inn, but in reality it was like a motel. The hallway smelled of marijuana.

We truly liked the total facilities. Also, the staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. We liked the location because you could get to any of the Cooperstown attractions with a short walk. Liked all the areas where they had chairs and tables to sit inside or outside and enjoy the area sites. We will return for another stay!!
