Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean and easy to find and close to a lot of attractions ( the Zoo, Botanical Garden, Museum, a Park!) It’s also just a stone throw away from a fish & chips place(food was good too!)
Breakfast was very good. On our 2 night stay, there were new choices every time. Our room was very quiet considering there was a train passing by every now & then. The bed was nice & comfy. I liked the room! It has a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a dishwasher and a stove. Very convenient for us because we were travelling with a baby and needed a microwave to sterilize bottles.
All in all this place is excellent! Will probably stay here again if given the chance.
The parking fee!!! This is the first place we’ve been to that we had to pay for parking!!! I mean why would we have to pay??? We’re staying in the hotel, shouldnt parking be complimentary?! I probably mislooked this part while looking for a place to stay.
The water from the shower is very hot even if it’s on cold already. I dont know if the temperature should be adjusted or the water itself is just too hot because of the weather.

Very clean, nice staff, good location.
Breakfast choices a little limited and room a little snug.

Dirty, bad service, should be shut down

Location suited our event well. Pillows were great.
Room was basic for the rate. Check in employee was not exactly someone who should be the first face as he was not exactly welcoming.

Didn’t eat the breakfast because the times of serving are inadequate.
Expanding the times on breakfast

Location was convenient to TCU as we were moving my daughter into her dorm. Room was a great size, clean and comfortable.
Was surprised that we were charged for parking since it was an open non-covered parking lot.

Hotel’s system didn’t accept international debit card

The location.
A/c didn’t work in our room switched rooms and it was still hot but better than last room. Also pool was out of order during my whole stay.

I arrived at the hotel and they had no record of the booking I had made a few days earlier. I spent nearly an hour between a Booking.com agent and the hotel manager, with nothing but buck passing as each said it was the other's problem. Finally the manager suggested I just book the room there and then, but only after I got off the phone did she say it would be more expensive to book with them. I must have looked like I was about to explode, because she backed down and gave me a lower rate. She kept saying that bookings through sites like Booking.com were lost "all the time," and I should book directly with them in the future even though it would be more expensive. I haven't had this problem with any other hotel bookings, so I'm guessing the problem is with this hotel, and they just refuse to fix it, or are letting it happen deliberately so they can charge people higher rates than they reserve.

Location but NOT walkable
Noise. Listen to the train yard, traffic and your neighbor from anywhere in your room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.

I liked the breakfast bar, the location of the property was very convenient for our stay.
I didn’t like that I had to pay 12$/day for parking. I was annoyed that I wasn’t told about that before booking the reservation.
