Le calme, l'accueil, l'authenticité, la propreté, la beauté de la bâtisse et de l'environnement dans la nature ont été appréciés ainsi que les petits-déjeuner impeccables.
Je recommande et j'y retournerai.

Beautiful stylish location amazing property and castle. Loved the amount of animals and the space surrounding the château. I went with my one year old and we saw chickens, geese, goats, sheep, ponies, horses, a dog and a cat. Just outside we’re cows and a little down the road we met a donkey. Absolutely wonderful. The animals are also very well taken care of. The host (Norbert) was incredibly gracious and hospitable, very jovial and happy to help.

it lives up to every expectation of staying in a Chateau, huge big rooms, full of huge big furniture, full of history but immaculately clean. electric and coded gates made for very secure parking. great recommendations from the host for dinner in Abbeville, one of the nicest small french restaurants we’ve been to. French breakfast set us up for the 90 min drive to the tunnel and a long day back in Blighty
bit tricky getting a low car into the driveway, but owners brother was super helpful providing some wooden blocks.

We specifically booked a property that had a Restaurant so that we could have a meal without driving to another location, at the time we booked I tried to reserve a table but was told it would depend on other guests, I assumed this to mean the time but on our arrival day we were messaged to say that the restaurant was closed. We therefore had to drive to Abbeville - where we had a lovely meal at L’Etoile de Jour. We do realise that running a property of this size is a challenge at a quiet time of the year but we were disappointed.

beautiful oldly worldly building, very spacious, and our our was lovely, friendly helpful. It was perfect for our one night stay. there were large gardens and lawns with animals that we could have walked around though didn’t have time on this occasion.
my husband found the mattress a little hard

Location. Staying in a Château. Very peaceful. Easy for walking opportunities. The history. Out at night we saw a barn owl. Daytime, lots of hawks, buzzards & falcons.
Dinner wasn’t provided. Granted we were the only two guests and the owner does the cooking, but we had to travel & search for a dinner venue and navigate back again afterwards.

This is off the beaten path, a family owned Chateau with a history, the owners were gracious and engaging, we arrived late at night and the gates swung open to allow us in. The country was quiet save for the quacking of some ducks in their pond, which was soothing. In the morning, all the guests gathered in the dining room and had a Normandy breakfast, simple but delicious. We walked the grounds, met their Bernese Mountain Dog, baby sheep and pygmy goats, enjoyed the quiet pace of the surroundings. The owner shared with us the history of the Chateau, how it had been used by the Germans for 4 years during WWII. It's not a polished gem, but it felt genuine and we were welcomed and enjoyed our stay.
The top floor bedroom was warm and the skylight window seemed to close by itself....spirits?

The château was beautiful, and located in a very quiet rural setting.
The host was very accommodating and spoke very good English.

last minute holiday chose this accommodation based on reviews as a central place to travel around from. the owner was very professional and friendly couldn’t do enough for us and we wish we had been able to stay longer - we will be back. room amazing comfortable bed, lovely peaceful surroundings, yummy breakfast, great hosts
no evening meals provided at the property but abbeyville (ocal town) only ten mins by car. we bought back bread and cheese from local supermarket and sat in the garden with a bottle of wine one eve. internet intermittent.

The property was beautiful with lots of original features. We enjoyed meeting the owners and their lovely friendly dog.
We had a peaceful night with fresh sheets and towels, and a big breakfast.
We liked the family bedrooms with the childrens beds upstairs.
It was very reasonably priced.
The children loved seeing the goats, cows, rabbits, geese and alpacas.
Arguably, some of the decorations eg wallpaper could be updated, but I didn’t mind it.

Pretty chateau with a friendly dog and cat plus ducks, geese, goats, a cow and calf and alpacas. If you love animals it’s a gem. The rooms are charming as is the host who always has a welcoming smile.
We’d had a whole day travelling so we exhausted so would’ve loved the option to have a simple meal - even a plate of cheese/meats and bread with some fresh fruit would’ve been perfect. As it was Sunday our options were limited…

quirky French chateau, the kids loved the animals and it was in a great location for the ferry at dieppe the next day.
it’s a B and B not a hotel which suited us but we are very relaxed.

Lovely old family run chateau. Set in a nice quiet village. Norbet was great genuine host. Filled with lots of antique furniture. Big room. Lovely creaky staircase. Sat outside on the bench and ate our picnic tea and bottle of wine that we'd taken with us. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
