BOF !!!

Seul le petit déjeuner mérite une note positive, à savoir que celui-ci est servi dans un autre établissement situé à 50 m de l'hôtel.

Bruyant, mal isolé, fuite d'eau sous le lavabo, pas de chaîne de télévision disponible, très cher au vu du service rendu, peu de personnel disponible.

Good place good price

Close to Haad Rin yet quiet. Nice swimming pool area. Room was clean. There is no TV but I didn't need it anyway so I missed nothing. I would go again.

Breakfast is in another hotel and menu was simple. But it didn't bother me so I don't have much things to complain. It's good hotel overall.

Nice stay at Neptune Villa (upgrade from Pearl Villa)

Rooms were spacious and clean.

They upgraded our stay to Neptune villa without informing us beforehand. So I ended up with all of my bags at the wrong hotel. It was a 5 min walk but not nice with all of our luggage. Luckily they did help to collect te luggage after I asked.

Comfortable but expensive because of the full moon party. Book well in advance.

I stayed for the full moon party so prices were hugely inflated but compared to there other hotels this was still great value. Breakfast was delicious, reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Overall a lovely stay which served the purpose of a bed for the night far enough away from the full moon carnage to be quiet but close enough to be able to walk in 15 mins.

Breakfast was decent. It was included in our reservation, therefore no complaints.

The beds are not overly comfortable, but I did not expect them to be. This hotel met my needs and expectations and the location was ideal for travel from the pier and to the full moon party.

It was a very nice stay, the hotel was near the beach, had lots of eating places and laundromats

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. I liked the music played at the pool so I didn't mind that it played till late at night. Had a bit of drainage problem in the bathroom and the hotel staff fixed it very promptly. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Close to full moon party, gym

No restaurant, no common lobby or bar, booze holiday like atmosphere, breakfast is served in a different (nicer) hotel, bed is like sleeping on a concrete slab, shower sucks, surrounding village is terrible, way way overpriced.

Lovely stay and central location

Perfect central location to Haad Rin for Full Moon Party, clean facilities

Expensive in comparison to other places we’ve stayed although expected and no airer to dry clothes

Some basic requirements must improve

Lovely staff,clean,good location

Some basic requirements was missing in this hotel like telephone, the shower wasn't comfortable and also the bed sheets was torn. The breakfast was so bad you can just eat one plate of nothing. The worst thing was wool quilt which can be allergic .
