Last minute stay—car trouble passing through Flagstaff. This provided a much needed respite.

Clean, new hotel. Nice large shower.

The stay was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast does not stack up to other places I stayed on my trip, they didn’t have scrambled eggs or turkey sausage.

The rooms were very good, beds were comfortable.

Frustrating.

The property was nice and convenient

They overbooked and apparently that’s my problem not theirs. Not only did I have this reserved a couple weeks in advance, I got there and didn’t even get what I had reserved. Then she went on to tell me that she was upgrading me because they had overbooked, however, the upgrade was definitely not an upgrade and it was super frustrating. If you get a king bed, there is a reason you want a king bed, upgrading me to a queen bed is simply not an upgrade. This was a very special occasion for us and to be told we’re getting a double queen room is super frustrating.

Good room size

The room and bathroom were a good size. The location was convenient and there were enough breakfast options. The blackout shade on the window was great.

The room was next to the ice maker which was pretty loud. The people on the floor above were really loud and we could hear every flush of the toilet and when the shower was on above us. The pool was closed which we weren't told until we saw a sign on the door that it was closed for maintenance. The guide on the TV was not correct for any shows.

The weather was a blessing during our time there, and our hotel room provided a comfortable stay.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts provided was delicious. The indoor pool was great due to the weather.

There is not one thing we did not like about our stay. It was perfectly located to everything we were doing for our stay. My son loved sleeping in his own bed.

“Room service” is not what you think. You order through a third party, which they order using door dash. Their “kitchens” are just local restaurants. Paid $75 for door dash to bring me a steak from Denny’s.

A Joy to stay in Flagstaff Fairfield

Your front desk attendant Cass is a wonderful, efficient and friendly attendant. The room was quiet and clean and the bed and pillows are superb. One of the best tv selections with the include line up of Netflix and YouTube etc., other hotel don't have that.

This was my 2nd stay in two weeks because I love the hotel; but the wind was blowing hard outside and in room 104, the room I initially had the window leaked air and made a loud whoosing noise so I had to have Cass get me a different room. I looked at the window and it seems the rubber seals need to be replaced to be more air efficient. Otherwise no problems and in room 317 I didn't hear the wind.
