A good spot near the river

Proximity to waterfront

Staff were a bit lay back didn’t feel they tried too hard . We had to wait an hour to be checked in after a a bit day of travel . Some acknowledgment of the delay would have been appreciated

Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The location of this hotel was perfect, we walked the river walk to beautiful downtown in a short distance. The view from our room was amazing. The roof top bar was a vibe everyone needs. Great location and beautiful hotel.

Only thing that would top this hotel off is a hot tub in the pool area but pool was very warm.

Not a pretty experience for the money spent.

Breakfast was rushed due to Easter brunch, room didn’t have hair dryer, lock wasn’t working as battery was out, there was no option to get room with a view and the one we got had parking lot wall and hence felt closed out.

I expected much more from Embassy Suites compared to my other Embassy Suite stays

location was great. Nive to have a full breakfast

The entire hotel staff were unfriendly and almost unhelpful. The concierge when we checked in never looked at me and was very flat. I had to ask for directions to the parking deck twice. We had a very nice server at breakfast but all of her coworkers in the restaurant were rude. The coffee station was at a coffee bar outside of the restaurant- there were no signs indicating that was where we obtained drinks for breakfast, and the server I asked actually said "obviously it is out there" pointing at the station. There were also what looked like hepa filter portable dryers everywhere- what was that about??

I will staty at the Aloft .

The location was the best thing the hotel has going for itself. And the Free cocktail hour.

The rooms were not clean . Pet hair was everywhere, even tho the description said no pets allowed, and the bathroom was not clean. Had to change rooms twice. Also I asked for non down feather pillows because of allergies. Had to go to Walmart to buy my own . Mind you there was a storm and we were unable to change hotels at the last min. The Breakfast was not good at all.

Disappointed in an Embasssy Suites for the first time ever.

Loved Cloud 9. Cannot say enough good things about it. Did enjoy how the view from the room was, and also the cleanliness of the lobby.

Room was not clean upon arrival, the room right next to us had dirty plates sitting out all night, there were atrocious stains on the floor, the fitness center did not have cleaning supplies for post workout clean up, coffee supplies in room were not restocked, bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were very small.

The complimentary breakfast was great and happy hour!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay and like that you have a dog friendly hotel.

The rooftop bar staff is not as friendly as other staff around the hotel. The hotel parking price is ridiculous 22 dollars per day.

Comfortable sleep and room size, but not worth the $914 I paid for 2 days.

Great breakfast with eggs to order and comfortable and spacious suites.

Parking Charge - $20 first day Room was not serviced for the 2d day stay. (Beds not made, trash cans were not emptied, No clean towels, etc). I was told it was upon request only. I needed to stay 3 or more days for the room to be serviced automatically. I couldn’t receive 2d set of complimentary drink (2x) due to my spouse wasn’t with me for personal reasons and was told it was a N.C ABC law that you can only receive 2 complimentary drinks per person.

The front desk staff were impossible to reach at times. The room wasn't properly cleaned... hair on the sofa, trash under the kitchen counter. Carpet was frayed. Internet didn't work to our name and room. Pool had hair and trash on the floor that was pretty gross. I've had cleaner experiences especially at the price.
