We had a suite for six adults (3 beds, no sofabed) and it worked nicely for such crew. Everything was clean and working well. The breakfast was good (but when it ends it really ends, the staff made sure of that). The laundry room was great addition and we did enjoy the pool.
It is a walking distance (not very short) from the strip so driving wasn't necessary.
Getting back the cover charge (credit card) took very long time. You should be aware if you have a limit in the credit card.

The fridge was not cooling so our food got spoiled

Breakfast indeed fantastic. Like that the building isn’t so high. Spacious room. Nice swimming pool.
Windows can’t open and ventilation works well but loud. All very friendly staff, except for one.

1) Location is good; proximal to the strip.
2) Very spacious suites! We were really satisfied by the size of the suite (4 adults). The beds were super big and we really felt very comfortable! There were two en-suite bathrooms and also plenty of room for our clothes to be stored.
3) Cheap parking 15 USD per night! This is cheaper compared to other hotels.
4) Facilities were also nice.
1) Breakfast was really poor and eaten using plastic cutlery. This did not make a good impression.
2) Could be slightly cheaper.

Great Service? Great location, super clean, convenient, lived the property.

Breakfast was great and staff were kind and professional.
The location of this hotel says it is walking distance to the T-Mobile Arena. This is absolutely not true. There is a 4 lane highway and 2, 2 lane roads and 4 fences. The closest place to cross this highway is 4 blocks away in the opposite direction and comes out at the Aria. We walked it to see how long it would take (2 fit humans who walk long distances) and it took more than 1.5 hours to get to T-Mobile by walking. We ended up using Uber on the night of our concert and other days to get to the strip, which was a 30 minute walk.

The location to T-Mobile Arena
The staff being unfamiliar with hotel shuttle services and misinformation about the usage of the shuttle and where it goes.Uncaring attitude when I mentioned being excluded as a Hilton rewards member.

Staff was really helpful, location was good but it is really to walk to the strip specially with kids.

The breakfast was lovely and it was great how it wasn’t the same thing on offer every day. Location is great, super easy to get over to the strip but it’s nice and quiet, would be a great place for those who aren’t all about the casino life or families too. The pool was great! The restaurant at the neighbouring Hilton Garden Inn was really yum and you get a discount for staying at Homewood Suites. The room was perfect too and had everything we needed and more. We got an early check in free of charge too!
The laundry facilities were pricey compared to other hotels. Most of the staff were LOVELY but there were a couple that were a bit stand offish, but maybe we caught them at a bad time.

Lights, there is not much lighting. Coffee in the lobby, it would be nice to have good coffee.

The food and service/personal at the Garden Cafe was excellent !
No place to park when you checked in to hotel. Three police cars in front of hotel when we arrived and no employees were outside explaining what was going on inside, and if it was safe to leave your car. Not enough handicap parking (we are handicapped and had to park on 3rd floor) for 3 nights. Beds too high, creaked with metal rubbing when you moved. Bathroom not real clean and toilets were too low to the ground making it difficult to get off of. Nothing stating we were to pay $10 a night for parking when we made our reservations! Arrogant manager on duty said it was noted on the website but we hadn't click far enough to find it. Lobby area looked distressed and depressing...very poor welcoming. Only one big check in cart and the wheels didn't work correctly. Check in guest and delivery trucks all have to park in the RED zone at the hotel entrance. A BIG violation of fire department rules. At breakfast the two people working the kitchen got in a fight and the cook person threw the food containers around making loud noises. Your employees and manager said they don't debit our bank accounts until we check out. A big fat mis-information. Our credit card was debited $200 + on day we made reservations and $650 + on the day we checked in, taking about $800 from our available cash in our bank accounts. YES, PENDING on your funds in your accounts in fact is subtracted from your available bank funds. Someone needs to educate themselves on banking procedures! The arrogant General Manager approached us as we checked out. He did not introduce himself and started asking us questions about our stay. We only got as far as the handicapped parking and a big truck that hadn't moved for three days and had no handicap hanger. He went to check it out and came running back to hotel to tell us the truck had a VET handicap license but failed to check the other cars.

I received a text from staff as soon as I checked in asking if we needed anything. I texted that we needed bedding for the pullout and they immediately brought it. Very impressed.

I didn't like that my room faced an alley and didn't get good natural light

I think when students or temp staff cover nights or other duties, they need to be trained more for the service quality and knowledge.
For eg; we checked in on 28th evening, the girl on the duty categorically stated that we could not keep our luggage after the check out as we were to tour Grand Canyon for a day trip
We scrambled around in the town with no suitable options, luckily I asked the front desk again on the final day.
Patricia said “no worries” and permitted us to keep the luggage and it made our stay easy & delightful.
The breakfast can be better organised!!
