Nice weekend with family

A birthday weekend celebration with my daughter and family. The resort was lovely. The rooms were lovely, although not everything worked. Staff was accommodating and pleasant

At $500 a night I did not expect to have to launder my used towels and dispose of garbage. I only realized this after booking (non-cancellable) when I received an email outlining the procedures. I normally wash my dishes, so that did not matter as much. $35 a day for valet parking. Turned out to be a pretty expensive weekend. Resort was lovely but unlikely I’ll be back

Comfortable stay, and a nice large room. We enjoyed a full view of both the bay and the ocean.

Bartenders at restaurant, tiki, and family pool were all awesome!

Beach chairs and umbrellas could not be used and were being held for guests who never showed. We were deny d and then sat looking at them empty for hours. Not the best.

Overall it was nice.

No one came to pick up trash when called. The toilet kept making a loud sound and nobody came to fix it. Called many times about it.

Excellent location, facility and wonderful staff. The beach had pristine water and well kempt amenities, pool a bit crowded. The hotel facilities/ rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, although beds a bit too soft. It is a beautiful place, with wonderful amenities, outstanding beach and wold highly recommend it.

Very nice facilities and located right on the beach. Friendly staff.

The washer/dryer did not work. The washer was full if water that seemed old inside the washer. We wanted to use the machine but obviously could not. A bit of a disappointment since we could not check in until 4:00pm and the cleaning fee is $125.00

We will be back

The location was awesome and the beach beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and the resort is conveniently located near the Peanut Island shuttle. The snorkeling on Peanut Island is very family friendly and fun!

It would be nice if the resort restaurant had more options for kids on the dinner menu. We would have liked to enjoy a nice dinner outside overlooking the beach with the entire family but the menu is very limited for families with small children.

Unit was very nice and location is great!

The hotel service is lacking. Restaurant (lunch) service is unbelievable slow (waited 20-25 mins for order), called for a bellman 3x’s to help with luggage and ended up doing it ourselves. Towels and garbage all around.

Comfortable hotel in nice location

My two bedroom two bath condo was a spacious side ocean view that was beautifully updated with a full kitchen, living room, two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. It also had a nice balcony to enjoy the ocean views as well as windows in every bedroom. The restaurants food and drinks were good, not exceptional but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and beach were wonderful, as was the staff on the beach.

The front desk people were amazing and well trained but completely understaffed. For such a large hotel, at least four agents at all times is needed. I stood in line three times to get change only to get it from the valets because the front desk line was always too long. I also watched an agent brilliantly field a special young adult who cut the line to get a new key pass while helping another client and it was her expertise that kept the situation in line however she really needed backup. Two people are not able to handle all that. I felt like the pools were in need of an update, the outdoor lounge chairs needed an upgrade, and in the cooler months, heat the adult pool. No one was swimming at all because the pool was too cold. Also, the fire pits down below gave off a strong smell of gas so I was a bit concerned that it was a fire hazard.
