Very nice place

Clean and staff was nice

Breakfast was cold and coffee wasn’t good. And paid 8.00 dollars to park which I thought was overkill for the cost of a one night stay

We enjoyed our stay.

Room size is just enough for family of 5. The pool was clean and towels were ready for use.

The bathroom sink plug was not cleaned thoroughly.

Highly recommend this Hotel.

Very, very clean! Im a very picky person, and this place surprised me by how clean the room was. The bathroom was spotless. The room was a very comfortable size for 3 of us. The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants right in the same plaza. The staff was very pleasant. Greated us with a smile and was very accommodating.

Great stay in a cute little "neighborhood".

The staff was outstanding! Really friendly and accommodating. We loved the whole place.

Nothing at all was amiss. It was a lovely stay.

This place went downhill fast

Good Gym, large rooms.

I have stayed here many times, but this past visit was bad. The elevators and hallways are dirty, and upon checking in, they told me of an added eight-dollar charge to park a car, which is ridiculous, they put me in a disabled room with a shower curtain that encouraged a wet floor I had to mop up with my spare towel. I had three crappy pillows on a king-size bed that were small and had no filling. On top of that, as with many hotel chains, they only clean the room every other day. The provided kitchen in the room is nice, but there were no plates. And the breakfast offering has dwindled down to a few random snacks, green bananas and a waffle maker.

Superb

Love the location close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. This place is always my go to place when I'm in the Toledo area.

The room this time was a little off. It just seemed to need an update. Nothing horrible the bathroom door looked as if the lock had been messed with, the colors of the wall paper not as colorful and modern as other rooms I have stayed in at this same motel. Still clean as ever just needs a little update.

A nice room, but it seemed rather noisy to me, making it difficult to sleep.

The bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The room was large. The wifi worked well.

Sound suppression didn't seem too good. I was awoken each night by sounds from the room above mine. The selection of TV channels seemed to be rather limited. The lighting in the room seemed rather dim.

Location at Levis Commons excellent; parking - good; Bed comfy, cleaning services good; quiet facility; front desk responsive to our requests

Shower and hot water pressure in sink, not so good. Couple times no hot water which they fixed, but pressure could hav been better.

Good enough for one and only one night.

Breakfast bar well staffed and stocked throughout the morning - friendly staff - pool and workout area seemed nice but not used this trip. Fully stocked plates and hot plate available on request. Pet friendly!

Room had very old dust / soot on ceiling. The room had a smell like someone had recently smoked. I was told it was from the previous occupant cooking. They must have been coming camel cooks. Towels were stuffed in the air vents. The door to the room too quite a bit of force to close. Unlike most hotels, it does not auto close fully and must be pulled shut. Room seems way behind in maintenance (paint, cracks, mildew streaks in restroom, “well loved” toilet and seat that need to be swapped) for how recently the building was built.

The room was very roomy and well furnished and stocked.

Sink drain was plugged and very slow to drain. bathroom door didn’t stay open…slowly closed

nice and clean property friendly staff that was very helpful coffee was good any time of day

loud after 10pm, slamming doors..loud voices 12:30am breakfast wasn’t very good, waffles and bread items tasted funny. screaming kids running around the lobby

Very pleasant, and comfortable

The location is good with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. The airport is quickly accessible. The room was clean and well appointed.

The breakfast was meh... the eggs were rubbery. There were no muffins , donuts, breads, or fruit. All though the staff was very friendly and accommodating the lack of variety made the breakfast disappointing.
