Easy to find. Close to several cities in the area. For a campground cabin- it was nice. Shower was nice. Lots of hot water.
When we arrived the cabin wasn’t ready. We were given another cabin, but that caused another family to have a stressful arrival because they gave us their cabin. (Campground owner tried to lie or was too drunk to remember why we weren’t in our original cabin) I would have rather just been given a refund than stress out a family with kids. The residents that live at the campground are loud. Loud music, loud yelling, loud swearing. It was quiet after 10, but definitely not a family friendly place in my opinion. TV not great. WiFi doesn’t work well at all. AT&t has great service though. The mattress was covered in plastic— for good reason- at least the plastic was clean

I really liked the privacy of the cabin. The staff were polite and very helpful.
I specifically booked the cabin that included a fireplace, but when I arrived I was told that it was unavailable. I wish I had known before I got there that I wasn't going to be able to have the cabin with the fireplace.

It was too expensive for size, location, and amenities and was not well maintained... probably was nice when first build. Did not match pictures on booking site

location
it had ants in the kitchen and the oven wouldn’t come on in one of the cabins. the owner said there was nothing to do about the ants and for the stove to light it our self

Very peaceful
Bathhouse was dirty and the cabin we were given was definitely not what was shown when we booked.

Availability in the area.
More rustic than expected. Cabin could use a full cleaning and fixing. Tv didn’t work, toilet barely working, broken blinds, and strange unfinished paint all over made it an unusual experience. I’ve stayed in campground cabins before and this one would be best if turned rustic with no amenities rather than broken and not working.

The campground is located maybe 4 or 5 minutes from Cherokee.
The online photos showed roomy cabins and several nice amenities that we didn't get to use. We (3 adults) were placed in a tiny 9 ft by 11 ft storage building with bunk beds, a tv, toilet, sink, microwave, window AC, portable heater, and mini fridge. We had no running water for the first couple of hours. Our neighbors had no water either. The shed was a bit musty smelling. Just very disappointed in the size & condition of the place. It was not the 'cabin/bungalow' we were expecting. It was very primitive like what you'd expect in a low budget hunting/camping lodge.

The park is very nice, and clean. Located close to all major attractions in Cherokee, NC.
The cabins weren't fully stocked as far as dishes/utensils. The signage for ONE WAY needs to be a little better to avoid accidents. The cabin descriptions need to be updated.

No shower. No TV. No linens on the bed. The worst place I have ever stayed overnight in my entire life... and paid premium price. It was little better than camping in a tent.

Everything is clean. Staff is very friendly.
The bathroom in the small cabin is too small. It should be More space from the toilet to the door.

The bathhouse was really clean and offered shampoo and make up removal cloths and had a nice pool
The wi-fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work, the bed was hard as a brick, and the hours of the office needs to be open before 10am

No shower (unless you walked to shower house)

Didn’t have breakfast. Coffee was all. Put us in a room so small that had a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. No room to turn around. The bathroom leaked around the commode. Didn’t tell us that we had to bring our own linens and towels until after booking. Tried to cancel but they would charge a penalty of one night’s stay and since we were only staying one night then we stayed. They finally moved us to a nicer cabin. Thank God. I was just about to chick her. The secondary manager was nice. Oh and they failed to mention the 100.00 dollar deposit that was required. Hey
Full disclosure of all that is required of the customer.

The pool was clean and large enough to enjoy.
The bed was too firm and I woke up in the middle of the night with bug bites.

The facility was close by to where we wanted to be. The camp ground seems really nice.
We had 2 of the bungalow cabins, and for the price we paid we could have gotten a nice hotel room with a full bathroom. One of the queen sized beds was on a frame for a twin bed and was hard to sleep on. The cabins could use a good cleaning and a broom in each one. Only one bath house was in working order and some of the "permanent residents " had roosters that were very loud at 5am. It is what it is. We were only staying fir one night so.......
