Nothing, it’s a fantastic place
5.0
This was the record-cold weekend in the Northeast, with more than half the skiable terrain and lifts closed until Sunday (including Skyeship Stage 1, which meant we had to drive to and from the resort Friday and Saturday). That said, Ryan (owner) was 1) accessible, 2) reasonable around our request for a day-before refund (he couldn’t offer a refund (understandable), but offered to re-post the property at a discount to see if we could recover a portion of our money); 3) sympathetic around the resort difficulties (he allowed for a late checkout when on Sunday, when the resort was delayed an hour in opening due to a power outage. Ultimately, we decided to go and make the best of it. Ryan even effectively bought us dinner one night, given the various problems created by the cold. Can’t beat the location.
Resort closing the Skyeship stage 1 meant no ski-on, ski-off Friday and Saturday; but that was the weather, not the owner or the place.

I liked how it was just a door code to get in. Property was super clean and rooms were spacious.
The master bedroom bed could be a little bit more comfortable.

great location, comfortable and clean.

I loved the seclusion of the house yet if you skied, you were close enough to get on a lift and go. We walked up and down the paths and they were maintained really well.

The place was good size of us. Big comfy bed. Needed the gas stove in the mornings...it was cool. Could not hear the people next to us which was nice.
The cleaning could have been better. The faucets in both bathrooms were dirty...soap/tooth paste all over them. The kitchen light over the table had dust on it. The downstairs bathroom radiator was dirty, with cob webs and spider in corner. When I pay a cleaning fee, I expect to go into a very clean place. It was clean but could have been better.

The level of privacy that we had. The convenience of laundry on site. The apartment is beautiful. We loved our stay here.
We liked everything.
4.5
Wonderful shower, decent beds, and well stocked with the necessary essentials, a little isolated so away from the possibility of noisy neighbors, but easy enough to find.
Could have better towels, not a major problem though

Code for door was very easy

The updates they've made make the place really nice and comfortable. And obviously the location can not be beat.
Pans need some attention. They were all rusty and/or scratched. We ended up finding one that was passable and cooking on foil.

Very comfortable and a great location to Killington resort
