Great location on UBC campus. About a block from student center which was helpful for us. Staff at check in all UBC students and terrific help. Comfortable room. Spotlessly clean.
The doors slam close and are very loud. You can hear everyone coming and going on the floor.

Room was clean. It has a small kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Location was pretty good. Lots of buses brought us to the downtown VC easily. On campus location was also the plus. Quiet and safe.
Room was too small to have a dining table so even if you could cook, there was no place to eat. We had to use the surface of the drawer to have breakfast every morning. Free Wifi was working well for 2 days, but for some reason, it did not work at all rest of other 2 days. We had to join the limited time Wifi program to use lap top. I paid total of CAD 1,193.28 including the tax for my 4 nights stay. It's about CAD 300 per night. Considering the price, the room was too small.

This hotel is locate at UBC campus, it’s a nice hotel to stay if you visit campus.
The room has a kitchenette, room is spaces and clean
Far from sightseeing attractions.

I don't think we were told there was a breakfast included.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked being able to leave our bags with the staff so we could go explore more before heading to the airport.
The campus and area around it are very beautiful!
The TVs weren't working well. Any channel we put it on would take a long time to load and then every 30 seconds would cut out before going back to the show. Ultimately, not a huge deal given how little time we were spending.
Wifi was sometimes spotty or not working.

Very comfortable bed with crisp sheets. Clean room. Great location. Quiet.

It was clean, well equipped and in a great location, being a 3 minute walk to the university bus terminal with a selection of bus routes available. There are shops, cafes, restaurants etc within a 10 minute walk.
Nothing.

The apartment is perfect, it is huge, it has a nice bedroom with a comfortable bed, a living room and a kitchen.
Everything is clean and UBC staff is friendly -I guess they are students working on summer-. They leave coffee and tea, which is nice.
The only problem is that it is really far from downtown. It is one hour by bus and there is no metro.
By taxi it is about 35 minutes and 30 CAN dlls.
4.5
Comfort, amenities, cleanliness, umbrella provided (and needed), proximity to bus exchange, proximity to great coffee shop and restaurants, ease of check out
No vanity/shaving mirror, a little more space to eat would have been nice, a suitcase/bag stand (although not sure where this would have fit).

Everything was top notch from check in to parking to the room to housekeeping. It was a great last minute choice. I thought I was downgrading from a downtown option but I feel like I actually upgraded but for half the price!
My television said “no signal” and I stated that via the text “concierge” but didn’t get a response. It wasn’t a big enough deal for me to call the front desk. I just used my iPad and phone when I was in the room. The wifi was free.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and fulfilled our needs perfectly. It was incredibly convenient while visiting our kids who are university students. While we did not require the kitchen facilities, we were impressed with what was available in the our room along with fully stocked cabinets; This may come in handy another time. Will absolutely be back!
