I would say I got what I paid for but really I paid to much for what I got still

The office very nice the rooms are very bad just because you have a low rate don’t mean you should lack on the rooms in cleanliness now maint. This is your business make it comfortable for everyone. And get rid of the pot smoking like it’s legal

I would absolutely go back if I didn’t have to deal with the receptionist. Everyone else is friendly, except her.

Rooms were clean.

The front desk receptionist. The oldest lady in there. The absolute rudest woman I have ever met in my life. Not only to me, but others, as well. If you’re looking for a warm welcoming, don’t stay here.

Not great

Alot of non paying guest just pulling in the parking lot to park and sit there. Shower was broke and informed front desk about issues and they did not repair or offer another room.

I did not stay there!

The experience was terrible I checked in, and the room was filthy. Bed sheets were dirty,hair everywhere, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall, bathroom door knob was missing and walls were stained with a red substance. I did not end up staying at this location do to this and still have not received my refund.

Not worth the money I s

I requested non-smoking rooms. They both wreaked of cigarettes. There was mildew in the bathroom and a dirty wash rag was hanging in the bath room. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and the floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped In a very long time. The towels and wash rags had not been fresheners and the same with the bed linen. Breakfast was cold with only pancakes and sausage patties, cereal, tiny muffins and a couple of bagels. Breakfast was available from 6 to 9 and I went down at 7:30. I wanted some money back but they said it was too difficult to do that when I booked online and offered me VIP discount on my next stay but honestly, why would I ever want to stay there again??

Great place but everything has flaws .

The design of the hotels is better then most of the others hotels around .The prices are decent and the breakfast is definitely a bonus.

The toilet had hair on the seat and behind the beds was filthy and the towels are very thin and we didnt get serviced for our towels or anything I had to ask for more towels and didnt get a discount for the dirtyness of the Bathroom or bed even though I personally feel like i shouldve because that's nasty .

They said they offered breakfast from 630 to 9. When we got there for breakfast at 8 there was nothing left. There was a sigh that said last refill 830 so we waited....nothing. i asked the lady and she said no more today more tomorrow. But she came out the back multiple times to make toast and brought it to the back for employees
