We loved it. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was delicious. I loved the breakfast choices and afternoon pastries. The room was lovely and loved the view so much and it was so quiet.
Only thing is there was a huge white wedding tent that blocked anlot of the view and I wish that had been disclosed to me when I booked and also .there was no wedding which was nice because it would have been pretty loud. Other than that our stay was awesome. We love the place and staff

would of been nice to have drinking water available at all times.

Bkft. Good. Location great. Comfort and cleanliness very good. Room temperature warm for cool weather.
I found nothing to dislike, although price a bit high I thought all round, for modest yet satisfying accommodations, for this time of year.

Beautiful and quiet setting with a good dining establishment.
Bit remote and lacking in amenities. Didnt realize you have to drive to any local features. No pool, no boating, not access to a beach.

The property was very quiet clean serene
There is nothing I didn’t like about dockside.

The views were beautiful, the property itself was peaceful and well manicured. A person would not have to leave the property if they did not want to, they offered all of the amenities one would need. Location was wonderful, close proximity to downtown York. Breakfast was delicious!
A small refrigerator in the room would be very nice to keep cool beverages in.

We loved the location of the resort. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and selection was good.
Wish the tiki bar would have been open for lunches. Ate dessert one evening in the restaurant and the service and food were both poor.

I do wish they accommodated the room with a small fridge.

I was pretty surprised how good it was. I raved to my son about the many choices on the menu and was amazed it was ready and served really hot which was a nice surprise
There was nothing that I didn’t like but I kept wishing there was a newspaper awailable.

Visually stunning view
Website offers a boat rental that is non existent; Owner is aloof; They charged us $100.00 for sheets after my girlfriend left a stain. We paid $1,500.00 for three nights and the vibe was that our presence was tolerated. Place needs a refresher on service.
5.0
Private entrance with private balcony.
Staff was pleasant & very accommodating for the very late check in.
The tv didn’t work- zero cell phone reception which was fine but the wifi was terrible & it was hard to communicate for emergency purposes.
There were a ton of fruit flies coming out of the sink every time I turned it on- the Sink was a slow drain too which was fine.

Great breakfast variety each day. Served up on the time ordered and hot.
The room is a bit dated and the deck chairs could use an upgrade.

Location on water with private balcony, water area- incredible views; very generous breakfast with very tasty blueberry muffins!
Room was a bit tired- screen door challenging to shut, wall sconce loose and kept falling upside down, tv wouldn’t work.

Location. Right on the harbor. Just beautiful. Restaurant in walking distance.
Nothing loved everything

The restaurant food was rather disappointing.

The location is amazing! You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the water, lounge around and watch the boats. The breakfast that was included was so delicious and were good-sized portions. We loved sitting on the porch and having our breakfast in such a lovely atmosphere. The location is also perfect for exploring York, Kittery, Portsmouth. Everyone was so friendly, and checking in and out was seamless.
Nothing! We loved it all.

The good things:
The main home as photographed in their website is very attractive - but beware - they are professional pictures.
The WATERVIEWS from this location-home are STUNNING - i mean breathtaking ...
The STAFF in the main house are lovely wonderful people - they were VERY helpful and did their best with a tough situation.
The ACTUAL living quarters that you will stay-in are NOT in this bed and breakfast MAIN Home - the rental quarters are in a MOTEL-type cabin room out back on the property., These facilities must be every bit of 40 yrs old and it looks every day of that age
ALL furniture is OLD, the room is VERY SMALL, the doors didnt work well, the rug is moldy, there were flying many creatures (gnats or something) IN the room.
Their landline telephone didnt work,
There is LITTLE to NO CELL service at all while in your motel room.
The bed was OLD and very saggy...
There was two sitting chairs which must have been 30 yrs old - so they were old and saggy, made of velour perhaps ( if you can remember that material)
The outlets in the bathroom shut off with the light - so you cant leave anything in there to charge it - a water pick for instance
The sink clogged whenever you washed your face or brushed your teeth
The toilet ALWAYS seemed as if it was about to overflow when flushed - it didnt
There is a window mount air conditioner - you would have to run it ALL DAY and night to keep the room at reasonable temperature - and it was like sleeping with a 747 airliner
The building exterior is made of t111 - or some other wood product which is VERY tired, OLD, Flaky and even unstable...
IF you have difficult climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you - our motel room required mounting 30_ stairs at a severe angle every time you left the facility - This was NOT good.
The outside deck was held up with a CHAIN - it was OLD and scary
The restaurant on site was very poorly managed for several reasons. The food was NOT good and the manager was rude
The servers and greeters were lovely people - they were very professional, but this restaurant needs a real manager who cares about their customers. Rudeness doesnt work well
We were VERY happy to leave this location
IF the Waterviews are the most important item on your agenda - this is the place - otherwise skip this one

What a peaceful place with thoughtful friendly staff. Made accommodations for food issues GF and DF. Breakfast is a great treat. I will come back. I have recommend it to my friends. Restful with casual elegance.
We really love this place. Only con is restaurant closes for weddings. Our dinner worked out but this is good for visitors to know to plan around. I wish the room had a small fridge.

Breakfast was great! Staff was very helpful and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The grounds and our view were absolutely beautiful.
Room was smaller than expected and due to COVID, our room was not cleaned during our stay
