We had a great time in a wonderful house. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The young adults went skiing and the older adults went snowshoeing. We put together puzzles, cooked dinner two nights, went to the Granby Garage one night, played games at the dining room table after dinner, the young adults played ping pong and socialized in the game room late night, we watched the Broncos on the big screen in the living room. Lots of room for all of us. Thank you, Lisa

The house is very well stocked. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the deer, fox and marmots. The house met all our needs. Would stay there again, if we find ourselves back that way. Oh, and the steam shower was amazing.

This was the most beautiful home. It was easy to get to, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, roomy, and had plenty of parking spaces. But the best part was the communication with Colleen and her husband. I highly recommend staying here.

We scheduled a last minute get away to the Granby area and found this gem. The house is private, quiet, comfortable, clean and stocked with almost everything you would want or need. The kitchen is amazing! All of the appliances (including the outdoor grill) are top quality. Not only are there plenty of utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and glassware - it also includes an entire spice cabinet, plenty of staples like oil, sugar & coffee filters and other essentials like paper towels, tupperware and ziplock storage bags. I loved cooking in this kitchen! In the living room we found plenty of games to play. The bathrooms included plenty of towels and a surprising supply of soaps and shampoos. We loved and appreciated having access to the garage too! Colleen was very responsive to our communications and so easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable for our family of eight adults, two teens, and four grade school age children. They did have things available to use for younger ones, if needed.

Granby Lodge review
Loved the lodge and its spacious living areas, dining areas, and bedrooms. The views were awesome, and the kids loved all the snow around the house. It was so easy to jump in the car and get to the Granby Ski Resort, too. We will definitely look for this house again when returning to this area of Colorado!

Snow in the Mountains
We were blessed with lots of fresh snow this year. The kids had a great time with sledding, building an igloo and tunnel and riding the Kitty Cat.
The house is big enough for all of us and 3 bathrooms work out great.

Amazing family celebration for Thanksgiving
This property had everything we needed and more! We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully supplied. The rooms were clean and comfortable which made for a relaxing stay. The owners were amazing. I have been renting through VRBO for years and have never had an owner contact me directly prior to our stay to describe the layout, let me know what all was in the kitchen that I might need, and ask if I had any questions about the property. She even texted me to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. I would definitely rent anything from these amazing people. Thanks for a great family adventure for our holiday celebration.

No need to leave this house!
Even before our stay Colleen was so helpful and responsive. There was a group of 10 of us to celebrate October birthdays for a weekend. The home was so comfortable and very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals in the gorgeous well equipped kitchen and on the BBQ grill on the deck. Everything was there that we needed including a heater for the cool nights outside on the balcony looking at the stars. I loved that there were extra throw blankets around the house to snuggle up with an relax in the afternoons. I could have slept on the recliner all night, but I couldn't resist the crisp sheets, warm blankets and comfortable mattresses. There is nothing better than waking up well rested with mountain views and a fresh pot of coffee brewing! We will definitely try to return again next year!

Great home in Granby
This house was the perfect size for us. We had 7 adults plus 6 kids all below the age of 13. The house had everything we need and was very comfortable. Owner communication was great. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Beautiful valley with a beautiful house perfecting placed for Mountain View’s! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for a big family and close to beautiful RMNP and lakes. Our house manager was wonderful! Great communication and checked on us our last day to ask how the stay went. Wonderful!

Excellent property for a weekend getaway. Great living spaces, porch with views of the mountains, and sleeping arrangements. The host is very responsive and pleasant. Very clean. Perfect Granby Hideaway
This is a very warm and inviting home to spend a wonderful mountain week. We booked the home because of the beautiful kitchen and the excellent location. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was with games, ping-pong, and an outside grill with a deck. It felt like a home away from home.

Great Cabin for the Whole Family!
We loved this cabin! Photos are perfect representation, and possibly do not do this place enough justice. We brought a group of 12 to the area in early August for our wedding at a nearby location and had a great time. We spend most evenings out on the upper balcony watching the hummingbirds, and we had a great time fixing/serving breakfast in the immaculate kitchen. Each of the 5 couples got their own room, and the two youngest guests had a place on bunkbeds. Also, the three bathrooms were very convenient. The owner was very kind over the phone, and I appreciated that she was just a text away if needed. If you get the chance, I'm sure you will enjoy this place!

Great property, very quiet!
This place was great for our small family vacation. There were 13 of us and it was just the right size for that many people. It was very quiet and comfortable. The deck was nice. Kitchen was also great with everything you need to cook for a small group of people. We will definitely go back the next time we decide to visit Colorado!

Wonderful property close to Grand Lake and RMNP!
We stayed here for a family reunion in July. The property is in great shape and well stocked from linens to kitchen items to laundry facilities to tv and games and books. It felt like being in a brand new property. Plenty of room for 4 families! The kids loved running around the yard and playing in the "tee-pee" out front. We liked the location - quiet yet close enough to day trip to Grand Lake or into RMNP. If we had any ask it would have been for a way to move air in the house - there is only one ceiling fan and it wasn't working so on summer days the house would get warm and stuffy - but always cooled down at night. A non-issue for most months in Granby I'm sure. The owner was very attentive and spoke to multiple members of our party in advance of our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again!

Awesome House
We stayed with extended family for a ski trip. The pictures do not do justice to this jewel. Everything is there we didn't have to drag anything along. What a lovely kitchen. We ate most of our meals at this home. Our group had variety of ages with seniors to teenagers to 8 year old. There was plenty of room so everyone had their space. Colleen was a delight to work with. We hope that another vacation is in our future so we can return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very roomy. There were plenty of seating for large groups. Every bedroom had its own thermostat which was nice.
