when booking the room. booking.com said it was a 2 bedroom so was disappointed to find out that it was only a one bedroom with a bunk bed area.

Horrible stay, felt deceived by the condo online advertisement.

I liked the location; right on the beach.

The whole experience was horrible. I had to make my reservation multiple times because it kept getting canceled due to a system error between SeaScape and Booking.com. I had to call while on the road because the email with detials was sent so late; I believe it was that morning. Once I got to the place, it was outdated and not very clean. It had cables/wires hanging from devices, no remote control for the TV, broken ice-maker, the bedroom had an outlet without a cover, couches were stained and dirty, vents were disgusting, and the bed squeaked even when you simply sat on it. The pictures shared on the site that I made the reservation showed many condos, but not this one! Now I know why. Oh and the SeaScape email said I had to pay for parking, when the website advertised free parking! I'm sure I could list a few more incidents which attributed to the poor experience; but I think I've made my point.

Beautiful Location

Location, right on the water. Pool and jacuzzi area are really nice.

The bed is so high it really needs a step stool. Place needs a new couch.

The hot tub was nice

The room was very dated... the TVs are old and you have to shack the remotes to get one to work... the others didn't work and you volume in the bedroom tv would not turn down. I never want to stay in room 2204 again.

'Beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds - soft bedsheets. Soft towels. You can see the ocean from the balcony.

Great family stay

Really at beach front. Apartment was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Nicely decorated. The pools and tubs were just great, well maintained and heated. Very family oriented.

Found a hidden camera and contaacted police. No air conditioning and they refused to move us. Still no refund. Contacted an attorney about the hidden camera.

Very enjoyable and very clean.

The location was excellent and the residence was very good. Definitely enjoyed our stay. We were there to take a cruise out of the port and this was better than staying in a hotel. many more possibilities.

What breakfast?

Had coffee pot but no coffee Bedroom tv did not work Hall light out OUT Nice telephone but could not find telephone jack Shower spigot for shower pulled out. Did not work, so no shower Dishwasher broken I feel it was excessive fees- from $192 to $414? Rediculous !! I must say bed was very comfortable!!! I will not return!!

Location & pool.

Unit needs some repairs and was definitely smaller than pictures made it appear. Closet door was off hinges, AC thermostat screen was broken so it was hard to set temperature, AC made a constant dripping sound, sheets and/or pillows were missing for the bunk beds and sleeper sofa.

Loved the balcony and view

The condo was updated and nicely equipped with everything we needed. They made great use of the space and the layout maximized storage. The balcony was wonderful! It was great to walk along the beach at night (but bring bug spray after dark!). It was very clean.

The bed was a bit too firm for us and there were no night tables. (This is a problem for a CPAP user). The bedroom TV cable didn’t always work. The futon sofa was not especially comfortable. Could have used a couple of more bed pillows.

Noisy neighbors

Proximity to the beach was excellent and security staff were very responsive.

Neighbors above us were extremely loud. Had amplifier that projected their conversation and music while they were in their room and out on their deck on third floor. Sitting on our deck we couldn’t even have our own conversation over their noise. Constantly heard yelling and literally sounded like bowling balls being dropped and rolling on the floor. Stopped to security booth and was reported on our way into town. Upon return, no further noise issues.

Seascape 2day get away after nuptials!

It was beautifully lit up around pool area at night.

Shower curtain fell about 10 times😳. Couch needs to be cleaned. Patio furniture needs attention. Space between stove and cabinet is discussing.
