It can easily be used as two separate self-contained spaces if required, with their own entrance and garden areas, so is able to accommodate 2 separate, but related, households of 6 and 4.

Outdoors: Patio and grassed area, pond (children should be supervised at all times as the pond is uncovered).
Parking: Private off road for three cars.
Notes: 67mb high speed fibre WiFi. Travel cot and highchair available to use. Please be aware there is a pond in the grounds therefore children should be supervised at all times.
