Le jardin est magnifique! La piscine au top.
Cuisine extérieure avec four à pizza…de très bons moments!
Eau chaude parfois récalcitrante. Certaines literies un peu passées.

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 teenagers, and we loved the abundance of space we had. Outside you can chill on the hammock, reading and relax in one of the many shaded corners, swim and play in the nice swimming pool, or take a walk among the olive trees. Inside the house can be divided into 2 apartments, or you can use it as a whole, with the advantage of 2 kitchens and 2 fridges (with a 3rd one in the laundry room). Fridges are of Italian sizes (so smaller than American/Canadian ones) but we had no problems. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are small but we never felt crammed, and the ensuite bathrooms were a big bonus. Boys slept on the sofa beds in common areas, but we still had a good amount of living space. Air conditioning was a blessing because it was 42C outside! The kitchens have everything you need. The wood fire oven is great (we had a pizzaiolo one night making pizza for us and it was a big success). We didn't use the grill but there is a small one. Dishwasher and laundry are very useful. Pino is a fantastic owner and host. He never invades your privacy, but he's always present if you need anything. Very responsive and helpful. He really cares about his property and about his guests. His team of people are all very good, starting from Nico who does all the maintenance. I could go on with the positive sides, we are just sorry our vacation couldn't be longer.
You must have a car and no service can be reached on foot. It wasn't a problem for us, but sometimes people like to walk to stores, or to get their coffee. The closest grocery store of a certain size is 8km away/ 15 minutes drive. However the bar in the village has the main necessities.

What a beautiful setting for a relaxing week. The villa had everything we needed and the outdoor area is so pretty and peaceful. Close enough to local towns for trips out in the car, but once we were here we really didn’t want to leave much at all in the day! Our host Pino was so helpful and we can’t thank him enough. We recommend the pizza night!
