Relaxing and luxurious within a short drive of Verona

The spa and swimming pool were luxurious and a real treat after a full day of sightseeing, also our junior suite was very spacious, decoration felt fresh and the bed was enormous. Good black out curtains and a comfy bed made for nice lie-ins.

We had some traffic noise from the main road even with the windows closed and the waiting staff could have been friendlier, albeit they were perfectly responsive when asked for something.

Sehr gut, wir kommen gern wieder!

Alles sehr super, besonders die Poolanlage, der Spa und Kinderbereich!

Leider hatte das Frühstück unterschiedliche Qualität, einen Tag super, mit Sandwiches und geschnittenem Obst, am anderen Tag lieblos das Obst an der Seite und geschnitten und viel weniger Auswahl.

Pool Landschaft sehr schön. Gartengestaltung schön. Semmeln vom Vortag.

Sehr laut, rings herum Verkehr, neben an Haerlyclub und Treff. Hinterm Hotel Groß Parkplatz.

Toll eingerichtetes und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Lazise entfernt. es ist alles sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso wie das freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Der Spabereich ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten inklusive der Poolanlage hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht, allerdings war der Pool noch großteils abgedeckt aufgrund der Witterung. Es gibt eine große Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig mit extrem bequemen Betten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Hôtel mit kleinen Fehlern

Sehr zentral gelegen! Sehr schönes Zimmer! Groß und komfortabel, gutes Bett und Matratze! Frühstück Büfett ausreichend! SPS Bereich sehr schön gestaltet!

Das Frühstückscrew war nicht organisiert und nicht motiviert! Die Gäste wurden beim Anliegen ignoriert! Mann musste 10 mal nachfragen, wenn man eine Kaffeelöffel oder einerseits benötigte! Ich glaube das war Aushilfspersonal! Die schauten sich die Tische an und gingen vorbei, ohne einen zu sehen! Abräumen funktionierte gar nicht! Die waren überfordert! Im Spa, am Yoga Tag am Abend so ein Trubel, das man Nur flüchten konnte! Schade das spa ist toll, aber so eine Unruhe! Dann ist mir aufgefallen sie lassen die Gäste zur Besichtigung mit den Straßenschuhen rein! Ein no go!

Der Umbau ist weitgehend gelungen

Die Sitzplätze beim Frühstück reichen nicht aus. Das Personal ist nicht ausreichend geschult. Räumt benutztes Geschirr erst auf Anweisung weg. Es dauert lange bedient zu werden. Im Wellnessbereich reichen die Ruheplätze nicht aus. Die Akustik ist sehr laut. Keine Ruhe. Eher Unruhe Die Barhocker Höhe ist nicht passend zur Bar. Man sitzt unbequem.

Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

-Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Lazise - Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Das würde leider jetzt den Rahmen sprengen, aber kurz gefasst, widersprüchliche Aussagen von den Angestellten, jeder hatte etwas anderes erzählt (Whirlpool, Sauna, Spa, Kino) Z.b Spa Öffnungszeiten, am ersten Tag war es 10 Uhr, dann auf einmal 12 Uhr am zweiten Tag?, die Sauna wird um 11 Uhr angemacht, eigentlich um 12 Uhr. Die andere Mitarbeiterin sagt wieder etwas anderes. Dann dürfen Kinder bis 14 Uhr in den Spa Bereich gehen und dann nur noch erwachsende bis 20 Uhr. Ok, kein Problem, am nächsten Tag wieder heißt es, Kinder dürfen überhaupt nicht rein. Ausnahmsweise aber heute bis 12 Uhr wegen Regen? Dann war der Whirlpool Kalt, dazu gab es wieder eine neue Geschichte. Es gab noch mehr widersprüchliche Aussagen zu diversen Themen, das ist nur eine kleine Zusammenfassung. Dann Thema „Kinder Kino“ im Keller ist ab 19 Uhr, außer wir wollen das früher nutzen dann sollen wir Bescheid geben. Am nächsten Tag haben wir also danach gefragt, dann hieß es, so etwas gibt es nicht, erst ab 19 Uhr :-))? Eine absolute Katastrophe von Management und deren Informationen an die Mitarbeiter. Das Personal war aber freundlich, auch wenn sie uns öfters „angeflunkert“ haben ;-). Ich würde es aber wahrscheinlich wieder buchen, jetzt weiß ich ja woran ich bin. Dies war bis jetzt meine erste Negative Hotel Bewertung.

Wonderful hotel on a great location, although price too high for the quality of service and faciltities

- Lazise is wonderful and this hotel is right near the center of Lazise, location was amazing. - Hotel and rooms have a beautiful and modern design, I loved it and want to copy it in my house. - Super clean - Spacious - Amazing breakfast (a lot of choice and good quality) - Free parking

- Spa opens in the afternoon and closes at 20pm (November) of which we were disappointed because we booked this spa hotel to be able to spend the evening in the spa after a day full of fun at the garda lake. I don’t understand how you call yourself a spa hotel with such a small window of use of spa facilities. - I booked a room with bubble bath and turkish sauna. Both were not working so I went to the reception. After the maintenance it was only partly fixed so the day after I reported the problem again. They did another maintenance after which the bubble bath worked (although still leaking) but when the bubble function later was activated a lot of dirt came into our bathtub full of water. We were dissapointed about the spa facilities in our room. For these room problems we were financially compensated at the end of our stay which I appreciate a lot. However the Spa experience was horrible due to this broken facilities in the room. - The use of a babycrib costs 20 euros per night so I paid an extra 40 euros for the two nights. For just the placing of a simple travel crib I find this price outragious. I knew the price up front but didn’t see that it was the price per night (my mistake). Nevertheless I find it very unfriendly to charge such an amount for such a simple service.

Perfect for couples - enjoy Lazise with class and luxury

As this is a four star hotel I will give four stars as well. The location is perfect - 10 minutes from the lake. 5 Minutes from Lazise - a romantic and quiet little town. It’s a dreamy, modern and stylish hotel that looks very expensive. The service as well as the food & drinks are exceptional! Breakfast is aaaamazing. Staff super nice, some speak english some even speak german. Lovely people! Spa area is nice- romantic, clean, calming. Outdoor pool area is a great place to relax - with the pool bar right there so you can enjoy a few cocktails and snacks while you sunbathe. It’s great. Overall really nice stay, I do recommend this place. Would come here again. Amazing for couples.

I don’t think it lives up to the price 100% - could and definitely should be a bit cheaper. I‘d say it’s definitely not as expensive as it looks - the pictures online are very intriguing.

Paid a high price for room with pool, not allowed to get key until a. hour after we were supposed to get it. steam room had no instructions so we had to guess how to use it and air con in bedrooms did not work

Pool area nice. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend the massage. Good location.

Hard flat pillows and beds not comfy. Walls are so thin you can here everything in the rooms next door and people walking above.
