Für eine Stadttour okay, aber viel zu teuer. Vor allem das Essen.

Ein schöner Saunabereich mit Außensaunen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht. Die Terrasse war nur ein Weg, es gab keine Abtrennung zu den Nachbarzimmern und aus dem Hauptrestaurant konnte man direkt auf die „Terrassen“ schauen. Sehr schön… wenn man morgens im Bademantel einen Kaffee draußen trinken möchte. (Grauenhaft!!!)

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt Super Frühstück👍 Ruhige Zimmer. Genügend Parkplätze zum fairen Preis. Essen im Toro Negro TOP!

Für zwei Tage ok.

Frühstück sehr umfangreich mit großer Auswahl. Wellnessbereich mit vielen Saunen. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und macht von sich aus sinnvolle Angebote (wie z.B. dass man einen Regenschirm in die Hand gedrückt bekommt).

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können. Kekskrümel hinterm Nachttisch sind so naja... Die Zimmer wirken etwas altbacken und laden weniger zum Verweilen ein. Der Speißesaal wirkt ebenso in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby scheint neueren Datums. Leider wirkt das somit etwas konzeptlos. Insgesamt bräuchte das Haus ein Update.

Super Lage, tolles Frühstück und sympathisches und humorvolles Personal beim Aufguss.

Tolles Hotel mit einem guten BuffetRestaurant im 6.Stock

Sehr saubere Zimmer mit einer Minibar ausgestattet. Wellnessbereich auch sehr schön. Brasilianer (BuffetRestaurant) war für uns in dieser Art einzigartig. Kannten wir nicht und super lecker das Fleisch an Spieß!

Flasche Wasser im Preis inklusive hat mir gefehlt. Kenne ich so nicht

Sehr angenehmer und entspannender Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr gutes Büffet beim Abendessen. Freundliche Bedienungen im Restaurant.

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, allerdings war die Aussicht auf eine Baustelle weniger schön. Der Wellnessbereich war leider überlaufen, man fand kaum mal eine Liege und dort gab es sehr wenig Platz im Thekenbereich.

Gutes Hotel mit einzigartigen Service

Frühstück einzigartig. Lage mitten in der Stadt direkt am Bahnhof. Die inkludierte Sauna Landschaft gefällt außerordentlich. Handtücher & Bademäntel vorhanden.

Muss man die eigenen Hotelgäste dermaßen beim parken im eigenen Parkhaus so abzocken ? Zimmer Reservierungen sind an der Rezeption scheinbar nicht möglich. Dazu muß extra eine Hotline kontaktiert werden.

Nice spa area, excellent food, room on 4 th floor air conditioned , spacious and clean.

Only 2 lifts working and long waiting times as hotel fully booked. Checking in busy. Room for my 82 year old mother on second floor with bath no shower , very hot and no air conditioning

Good location, nice restaurant and bar.

Absolutely loved the bar and the Brazilian restaurant. Two days in a row met up with customers and we had great fun.

Breakfast was extensive, but kind of missed a bit of service and a nice pot of tea.

We had a big room and everything was sweet and clean. We had acces to sauna and swimming pool that is excellent. Breakfast was excellent, i totally recommend this hotel. I would like to come back.

Great location, beautiful Christmas marke , cleanliness and service. I’d stay there again.

Wished there had been a tea kettle / coffee machine in the room. We did get one from reception and then bought instant coffee at a local grocery store. Spa opening hours at 10 am limited the use of the sauna but at least the pool area was open at 8 am.

Convenient and efficient hotel in a cute town.

Convenient location as we stayed for the European open cup which was at the conference centre. Its also within walking diatance to a nice little town of Fulda and opposite the train station. Restaurants were decent and good value for money. We had both breakfast and the meatfest at Toro Negro. Could also walk into town for some really nice waffles with ice cream. Check out was fast. Room was quite big. Comfortable sheets. Parking was convenient and relatively cheap.

I made a note that the 2 rooms should be close together but reception informed us that they overlooked and gave us rooms on 2 floors. They eventually found us rooms on the same floor but obviously they ignore notes forwarded. Room AC was not very strong and neither was the water pressure in the showers. No toothpaste in the room.

Refreshing.

All the food at the hotel was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Being gluten free the chef at the venue even went out of his way to make me a suitable meal. The junior suite was large and the shower/bathroom was impressive. One thing to note was how sound proofed my room seemed, which as a light sleeper makes for a refreshing stay.

I found not having a kettle in my suite to be a unique feature, not sure if this is common to the location. Also, I didn’t find a nice coffee anywhere to suit my English tastes.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent. Very obliging and helpful.

The rooms were not cleaned as expected not dusted papers on the floors were not picked up on some of the days. Linen was changed after 3 may be the 4th day. Bath gel was empty for two days. I had to remind the room maid to fill. No tea or coffee in the rooms.
