Absolute delight for eyes and great place to feel soooo good

We were royally welcomed on the late night of the 12th of September. Friendly, professional, warm chat — thank you so much ! Great sleep — and thank you for putting finally coffee machine in the room !!!

Parking and breakfast are hugely overpriced — but it’s fine when you have goosens with their patisseries and viennoiseries in 7’ walk !

Beautiful interior, never seen something like it. Very friendly staff. Amazing bed/sheets. Checkout at 12:00 is perfect. Great hospitality that transcends their responsibilties. Close to center and very nice coffeeshops around.

We felt at home. Staff is beyond nice!

We loved our stay! Staff is very nice and polite. Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel at home and help us when needed. Breakfast is very good. All spaces are very well decorated.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay

Breakfast was cooked perfectly and lovingly served, but lets face it, you don't stay at this hotel for its breakfast. The decor of this hotel is stunning! We were lucky enough to be upgraded and stayed in room 9 with its quirky and uber cool interior design. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome and looked after. The hotel is in a great location to see all the sites of Antwerp and only a 15min walk from our arrival at the beautiful train station.

Honestly nothing at all. Apart from the fact that I had to check out at the end of our stay as I had enjoyed the stay there so much.

One of a kind small luxury hotel, great design and yet very practical- which is very rare in so called design hotels. Very tasteful und accommodating, huge compliments to the staff and host!! Very much recommended

The attention to detail is superb. The design of interior extraordinary, but perhaps not to everyones taste. The staff were excellent.

A very nice, really greatly designed, hotel in central Antwerp.

A very nice, really greatly designed, hotel in central Antwerp. The location is nice, a bit outside the busy streets. The room (suite) was really big with impressive bathroom. Great cosmetics (hermes). The hotel has a very nice courtyard (where you can even eat breakfast or have afternoon champagne).

The car parking is a bit challenging for lower/sport cars. The bathroom was really spacious, though due to that it was a bit too cold after the shower.

Almost perfect!

The design of the hotel is really nice. Every room has its own unique design. The location is near the old town. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The front door of the hotel is a bit hard to find. The entrance door must be open from the inside. The hotel seem short handed, the receptionist does the cooking the cleaning, getting the door, everything.

Best place to stay for visiting Antwerp

I'd say everything was above expectation. The location is perfect, its easy to reach all main areas of Antwerp by foot. The hotel feels safe and secure, the front door is closed and always staffed by a receptionist. The back courtyard is very comfortable and on arrival we received some refreshments as service. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Parking is below the hotel and the garage is locked down for safety. They even have charging points for electric cars. But the room was the most impressive of all, beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, well worth it!

This is a very small point, but the parking garage is small and exiting out of the garage requires a bit of skill, however they provide parking in the middle of Antwerp with is rare enough as it is! Also the parking spots themselves are spacious enough for any car.

Great experience

It was our first trip to Antwerp. The service is excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the hotel's location is perfect. Only a 5 minutes walk to the heart of the historical center and shops. Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting, but the great plus for the hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
