Overpriced hotel with misleading old reviews, publicity and photos in the booking.com website
The view of the olive trees from the room terrasse.
The publicity on booking.com of this hotel ( with 45 photos) dates from many years ago and does not correspond to its real situation thus it is very misleading. We chose it because of the many photos showing nice food being prepared for lunch and dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. But the restaurant does not exist! And nobody is cooking those nice pasta etc shown in the photos. The lift is nowadays illegal as it is very dangerous as it has no doors and thus children alone are not allowed in it.The room is very ugly furnished for the price they charged(112€/nite for a double room). It is also poorly isolated as the hotel is very old and at nite the air is sticky if you sleep without turning on all the time the air conditioned. The shower curtain was broken. The breakfast has miserable low quality and the second day at 9.34am ( closes at 10am) there was very little left but nobody would replenish it!
