L'accueil du personnel, la propreté, bien situé...nous allions AUX GRANDS BUFFETS. Trés bien quoi ! l

Hotel IBIS super comme toujours

Rien a dire tout était parfait, petit gateau et bouteille d'eau de bienvenue trés appréciable. Douche à l'italienne, grand chambre et vue sur le jardin au calme.

L'accueil et le service du restaurant de l'hotel LA BOUCHERIE. Le gérant qui vous dit que son hôtel fait partie du top 10.... les notes sont téellement petites qu'il dedans bref.... une sauce roquefort faite maison à priori, il parait que le chef était dans un étoilé, je comprend qu'il est attéri dans ce type d'enseigne au vue de sa sauce.... Les sauces sont les bases monsieur surtout si c'est du fait maison... Vous demander une biere en 25cl, on vous porte une 33cl, vous demander du pain: sur les 2 il y en a 1 dure, on vous débarasse, on vous renverse votre verre.... bref étant du métier je me permet..... peut être des difficultés à recruter.. bon courage

Douchen in bad,mijn hield mij vast met uitstappen,gelukkig maar want ik gleed uit.Hoge instap.Niet ruim maar ik vind hygiëne belangrijker.

Goed verblijf voor 1 nacht op doorreis. Prima bed en badkamer, lekker ontbijt. Gunstige ligging vlakbij de snelweg.

estancia normal, sin sorpresas en cuanto a lo esperado

el trato del personal de recepción, el desayuno muy completo en cantidad y de buena calidad

el restaurante Le Boucherie, especialmente una cena que hicimos en éste , después de una espera injustificable para comer, pasamos a zona de aperitivos del restaurante, al pedir, primero nos dicen que no tienen hielo para cocktails, de una manera bastante despectiva y pedimos un licor sin hielo, obviamente, el precio desorbitado con la ínfima cantidad de licor, pero además nos quejamos en que en una de las copas había restos de suciedad, tras comprobarlo se lo llevaron y lo único que hicieron fue cambiar la copa con el mismo licor, desde luego no lo consumimos, y se cobró, en ningún momento pidieron disculpas ni propusieron una solución o compensación, al pedir la cuenta de la cena y los licores se nos cobraba 50€ de más!! , el doble de postres consumidos y cafés cuando no los hubo, al indicárselo, mostraron una falsa sorpresa y verguenza, donde nos pareció que no había sido un error fortuito, estos trabajadores del turno de noche en el restaurante, daban la impresión de no hacer su trabajo con las ganas y profesionalidad de los que gastamos un dinero en unas vacaciones merecemos o esperaríamos.

A great little stop off. Will definitely return.

The Room was clean, comfortable and dog friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel staff were very friendly, we got there late, after a very long drive - they kindly allowed us to grab a beer before bed.

Very comfortable bed. Check in staff was welcoming and helpful with our luggage despite it being past midnight when we checked in

We had some difficulties finding the hotel because it was late and dimly lit. The hotel is gated at night which is a good thing but we didn't realize it. The hotel sign was difficult to read late at night. This is just an observation, not a criticism

Superb

AC was broken (room 12), and the prices was a bit stiff, but the dinner, breakfast and hospitality was superb, so this place gets an 5 star rating anyways. Would love to come back next time we passsing by 🥳

AC and stuff like that should always be fixed asap in a room like this. Was only one of two rooms we rented where it was broken. Not a big letdown tho, would be worse if it was too hot.

Bar not open on arrival, 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. No kettle in room, noisy neighbours in middle of the night. Very expensive beer.

The staff, as always were very pleasant.

The lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom was pretty dim. Putting on make-up was a hit and miss affair. We opted to upgrade to a Comfort double room, mainly to avoid any stairs and apart from a carpet and a kettle it seemed no different from an ordinary basic double room.
