Bello ma nn bellissimo!

Le camere e il bagno erano pulitissimi! Rosa e’ stata sempre molto disponibile, ancje se mi sarebbe piaciuti al momento del nostro arrivo, essere accolta da una persona fisica!

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il water che nn scaricava(risolto la mattina dopo) La colazione, purtroppo molto scarsa. Una bevanda con un cornetto a scelta (visto che mi e’ costato 15€ a persona, mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di piu’)! Nonostante tutto, il personale del bar Martino e’ stato sempre molto gentile! Avrei apprezzato uno sconticino sulle camere, visto il disagio avuto con il bagno!

Sconsigliato

Frigorifero rumoroso, per risolvere ho dovuto necessariamente abbassare l'interruttore del quadro elettrico, limitando la possibilità di usare la tv e alcune prese. Quadro elettrico altrettanto rumoroso con un ronzio persistente di sottofondo. Problemi anche con il condizionatore che durante la seconda notte ha iniziato anche lui ad essere rumoroso oltre il tollerabile (motore esterno). Spegnerlo del tutto, tuttavia, non era possibile, considerate le basse temperature della notte. Ciliegina sulla torta, richiedo la fattura nelle modalità illustrate dalla struttura tramite la messaggistica di booking, richiesta che prima viene accolta e poi disattesa un paio d'ore dopo da parte dello staff; ho dovuto insistere in maniera anche sgradevole, rappresentando che avevo ottemperato alla richiesta rispettando le modalità della struttura (ed i termini di legge).

quiet place very close to where I needed to go.

Room clean breakfast good. Two bedroom apt we had our privacy. Self check-in very useful. Room is like in the pictures

to be able to check-in earlier. Early check-in on request is no available. In other structures it's possible ...

Assolutamente consigliato per la qualità /prezzo è posizione in pieno centro e vicina alla stazione

La facilità e l’indipendenza del check in e out , la camera era piccola ma accogliente , tv aria condizionata , dici e salati in camera e la ci possibilità di una cucina anche se in comune . La possibilità di fare la sauna è superlativo .

Direi giusto due consigli , gli asciugamani non avevano un buon odore , forse erano ancora umidi quando sono stati messi in camera , il piatto doccia in lo consumato , in ultimo ho provato a chiamare il numero per avere un consiglio ma non hanno risposto e non sono stato richiamato .

Wir werden nicht nochmal kommen.

Lage top! Ausstattung gut! Zimmermädchen war zuverlässig.

Preis nicht transparent. Appartement mit Küche soll man die Preis für Küchennutzung lieber.vorher noch mal klären. Etwas früher Check-in war bei uns nicht möglich.

Good location! Bars and Pizzeria nearby. Car parking a bit complex but manageable. Room is clean and good !

Clean and spacy rooms with common areas. Well equipped and good views from the 5/6 floor. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar - of course the italian style and good espresso was served!

Everthing was good. One element for improvement- the check-in procedure was a bit complex with 3 codes. But it worked at the end.

Als Zwischenstop gerne wieder

Das Zimmer lag im 6. Stock ein.es Wohnhauses.Der Zugangscode wurde per e-mail zugesendet.Einrichtung war zweckmäßig.Klimaanlage war vorhanden.Leider war die Minibar nicht gekühlt,sondern die Waren standen auf einem Nachttisch.Das italienische Frühstück gab es in einem benachbarten kleinem Cafe mit Terrasse.Gegen Gebühr von 10 Euro am Tag konnte man das Auto, in einer abgeschlossenen Parkanlage,abstellen

Zugang zum Hotel war schmuddelig.Keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kühlen.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit nettem fürsorglichen Personal und allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, Zimmer genügend gross, alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Es war möglich, sich das Frühstück kostenlos auf Zimmer zu bestellen. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.

Aufzug klein und veraltet, hat schon mal nicht funktioniert. Betten zu tief, Matratzen zu hart und zu wenig hoch. Safe vorhanden, nicht funktioniert.

Overall for the money it’s an ok stay however there are things that can be improved easily.

Very spacious, clean rooms. Access by codes and comfortable rooms with AC. We had a small breakfast ( a tea/coffee and a croissant from a local shop)

The rooms are on a small street, very scary looking in a building on an alley on the fifth floor. There was no bathroom in the room, we shared one with the other room kind of like in an apartment and the shower didn’t work very well, mostly cold water. The wifi didn’t work at all unfortunately.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft.

Das Frühstück konnte man in einem nahe gelegenen Café zu sich nehmen, man sitzt dort sehr nett am Rand eines Stadtparks und an der Straße.

Das Etagenbad hat uns weniger gut gefallen. Man muss über den Allgemeinflur auf die Toilette gehen. Es gab keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung. Damit das Wasser nicht spritzt, wurde der Wasserdruck sehr gering eingestellt.

Great value but felt harrassed

The value and modern furniture. Loved the citrus Grove and birds in the morning.The large balcony overlooking the area.

The beds were a bit saggy and too small for 3 people. What I really didn't appreciate was all the sales pitches and sending messages telling us to leave when I had said so early that morning( we stayed one night)

Modern apartment. Breakfast offered in the nearby cafe is ok.

They try to charge 25,00€ for using YOUR apartment kitchen. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! After booking, they try to sell you all kinds of extras and the prices vary on every message so be careful. TV is old so no Netflix for you. The owner should google what a Finnish sauna is before offering it. The bed has seen its best days. I had an unpleasant conversation with the staff, but after all owner "fixed" it.

There are two rooms and a small kitchen suitable for a family trip. The facility was clean. When I first arrived, I arrived late at night, but the self check-in was smooth. I inquired because there was no warm water, but they improved it quickly

If You are looking for a place to relax on holidays, this is not recommended.

1. bad communication with The hotel. They didnt send me The correct link to do The check in and in The last day I was there They sent me a message telling me that My documents were URGENT. 2. The bathroom was dirty, with many hairs on The floor. I reported to The hotel and nothing was done. 3. The shower is terrible (changes temperature from NOTHING and takes 5 minutes to become hot again, and we can barely move inside The shower space because ITs too small); 4. I couldnt ask for breakfast in The room because The phone was not working and nobody answered The Numbers they gave to me.

check in time 0-24, online communication and availability, security, very clean and great value for the money, location convenience to visit around.

Only shower which was not working and should be fixed. It was especially irritating since it is summer time and everything else was so good

very hospitable, solution-oriented and very friendly. and 24/7 available. we had no hot water and they immediattely gave a luxury room with living room bedroom and roof terrace. actually an entire luxurious apartment.

only the bed was a bit hard.

Small room in a not so nice city 😑

It was clean

Pagani is a small town but it is not worth of visit. We chose this place as we wanted to visit Amalfi coast. The breakfast is just a croissant and a coffee. I would prefer to know in advance that they offer this kind of breakfast in order to book a hotel which offers normal breakfast even if i would have to pay more. The access to the apartments is with codes and there is no staff presence at all. The room was very small, the water in the shower didnt work properly (while i was in the shower the water from hot changed to cold many times).I asked for an iron the second day and they told me that its not possible to offer me one.

overall a very comfortable stay in Pagàni and very valuable for money

check in process is extremely efficient and smooth, overall the room is comfortable

parking and coming back to the property is a bit tricky as you have to collect the keys, then come back to get your car and then go parking.
