Very nice house with a perfect outdoor kitchen and a heated swimming pool. Nice bedrooms witch airco. The house has all the facilities you need. If you need anything you can always ask the owners who are close but only shows there faces when you ask for them. They respect you privacy. We had a very nice stay!

We really had a lovely time.
The location of the house is great. Really quiet and peacefull, with birds singing all day. The house was clean and equiped with all amenities. We enjoyed the outside very much, the bbq and loungeset and of course the large table was used everyday. The pool was clean and heated, so the kids could swim everyday. The owners are helpfull and kind.
As said, we loved our stay and are looking forward to come back here!

Henri and Helens villa is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available. The outside kitchen and dinning area is wonderful. We can’t fault the villa itself.
Helen was helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our two week stay. We made a request for a piece of disability equipment and Helen organised the hiring of this for us and it was ready on arrival.
The swimming pool is heated and was a welcome retreat from the very hot weather!
We had a few issues with the gates - but Helen and Henri were helpful and responsive.
The only downside for us is the location. If you enjoy a secluded, quiet and isolated spot then this is the place for you! We prefer exploring and having things within walking distance. But that’s personal preference.
Overall a wonderful break with kind owners who seem to genuinely want you to have the best stay possible.

Calm oasis
Helen and Henri were the perfect hosts, superb property with everything we needed, and spotlessly clean. Great access to all the local attractions, but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood that is the perfect spot to relax and cool down after a blisteringly hot day’s exploring.

Jederzeit wieder
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat eine wunderschöne und gepflegte Aussenanlage die zum Erholen einlädt.
Helen und Henri waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Tolle Familienferien
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Montady. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da der Canal du Midi nur ca 2km entfernt ist, konnten wir direkt von Montady tolle Fahrradtouren am Kanal unternehmen. Helen und Henri sind tolle Gastgeber und wir waren sehr dankbar für die schönen Ausflugstipps. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Insbesondere der Pool war für unsere kleinen Kinder das Urlaubs-Highlight. Diesen konnten wir auch Ende Mai, dank der Beheizung, schon ausgiebig nutzen.

Top Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und sehr ruhig
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird permanent renoviert. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der beheizte Pool ( 28-29 C) ist natürlich einfach nur super!
Die Außenküche mit großer Plancha haben wir mehrfach genutzt und konnten so sehr gut draußen Kochen und Essen. Aber auch die nagelneue Innenküche ist perfekt fürs Kochen und Essen ausgerichtet.
Die Bäder sind sehr gut und komfortabel, u.a. Handtuchhalter mit Elektrozuheizung, auch an kühlen Frühsommerabenden sehr angenehm.
Helen und Henri dei Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen vorne im Haus , man ist aber gut getrennt für sich, weil alles recht weitläufig ist. Es ist sehr ruhig im Garten , aber man stört auch niemanden , wenn man sich bis spätabends auf der Terasse unterhält. Die Infrastruktur durmherum passt gut. Ein nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns waren die etwas harten Betten.

Tolles Haus mit beheiztem Pool
Wir wurden von Helen und Henri sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben es genossen, den Außenbereich zum Kochen und Essen zu nutzen. Unsere Kinder waren gefühlt den ganzen Tag im Pool. Die Vermieter stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und haben viele tolle Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgebung. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Käserei, Apotheke usw….
Wir können das Haus vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

A perfect autumn break.
The property is just perfect for a quiet break at any time of the year. We were there in early autumn (mid October) and made use of the pool on many of the warm afternoons. The outside terrace and kitchen area were perfect for evening BBQs under the lights ... although we often moved inside for late drinks and coffee as the night became cooler.
The owners, Henri and Helen, were perfect hosts: friendly and informative, but without being intrusive. Henri fixed our bikes and gave some great advice on the local areas, Helen helped us with ideas on restaurants, local sights, shopping, culture, etc. She also introduced us in to her amazing works of art and sculpture.
If you want to experience the autumn delights of rural Languedoc, then this is a great property and location: easy access to the countryside, the coast, the towns and cities. We bought figs and chestnuts at markets, we ate local cheeses and charcuterie, we drank the wines from St Chinian and Minerve, we ate in some fantastic restaurants ,,, and went home relaxed and overweight!
We plan to return.

Lovely outdoor kitchen and very clean property
We loved our stay in the house of Henri and Helen. The house itself was very clean and comfortable with 2 newly renovated bathrooms. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen with the plancha and the separate fridge. We lived mostly outdoors. The owners live on the same property but we stayed in total privacy in our house with the private pool.
Due to Covid there is an extra cost for the cleaning that isn't mentioned on the site of VRBO but the house was indeed very clean.
We got a lot of good tips for restaurants and visits in the surroundings from Helen and Henri.
We would definitely book this house again and recommend it to other family's.

Voortreffelijk verblijf.
Zeer fijne vakantiewoning met de buiten-area als grootste troef.
Fantastische ontvangst door de eigenaars Helen en Henri.
Ondanks het feit dat de woning zich op het domein van de eigenaars bevindt waren zij bijzonder discreet maar desondanks steeds meteen bereikbaar om praktische vraagjes of problemen op te lossen.
Geweldige locatie om in alle rust en stilte te kunnen genieten van een ontspannen vakantie.

Excellent séjour "calme et nature"
La propriété est au calme et la literie est excellente, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. Le jardin est très joli et bien entretenu, la terrasse autour de la piscine est agréable.
Nous avons fait beaucoup de petites randonnées autour du canal du midi, il y a des chemins à profusion, les villes, villages et la nature aux alentours ont été une belle découverte.
Quelques petits problèmes de fonctionnement dans la maison, résolus très rapidement par les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse qui vivent sur le même terrain et sont très attentifs aux besoins de leurs hôtes.

Villa idéale pour les familles ou entre amis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très propre et très bien située . Le jardin est magnifique, au calme et sans vis à vis. Le vrai plus est la terrasse couverte et le coin cuisine extérieur. Nous vivions autour de la piscine chauffée à 28 ° du matin au soir. De plus, les propriétaires sont des personnes discrètes, disponibles et très sympathiques. Encore un tout grand merci à eux en espérant revenir très vite

Everything you need, a carefree stay with pool / outside kitchen area, green garden
A truly lovely stay with very helpful owners. The garden is great and green with a warm pool (depth ideal for young children 1.40m) and an outside sitting area with roof equipped with a big american fridge, grill bbq and sink. Even pool towels. Ideal! Also outside shower and toilet. Helen and Henri take care of the garden and pool without you noticing it.
Also a jeu de boules/petanque area and you can cross the private driveway to the garden of the owners and relax in hammocks or children can sit on the swing. There are bikes and childrens bikes and steps, so you can make a little tour of 1km to see the grapes of the vineyards.
Modern new bath rooms with big rain shower and 1 bath. Well equipped kitchen, also with some things to get started like salt, oil, tea etc.
When we arrived there were cold drinks in the fridge and we got some home grown tomatoes. Helen and Henri are always available when you have a question or need help, the best service. Even helped our friend with renting a car which seemed impossible and returning it.
Few minutes drive away from Colombiers where you can have a nice dinner at Le Bistrot de Colombiers (Near a playground) or fancy dinner at Au Lavoir or rent a boat on the canal du midi.
Loved the little market on Friday in Serignan. Went to the ferris wheel in Beziers. Narbonne is a lovely village. Also many many wine cellars very nearby, or ask the owners because there family also produces wine, lovely rose.
A relaxed carefree stay, recommend it highly!

Un séjour parfait !
Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui sont très attentionnés au moindre détail pour le confort de leurs hôtes. Lit bébé chaise haute et poussette sur Place ce qui évite de se charger !😄 la propriété et la maison sont d’une propreté irréprochable 👌🏼 Tout est sécurisé et très bien pensé 👌🏼Les propriétaires sont disponibles à la moindre demande. Je recommande sans soucis 👍 ce fut un séjour parfait 🤩 merci encore à eux et nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite 😁

Henri et sa femme Helen sont des hôtes vraiment superbes, très réactifs ! Tout etait prévu pour notre arrivée. La maison est très agréable, la literie parfaite et l'extérieur est impeccable ! A 10 min de beziers, 20 min de la plage. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Super Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Außenbreich wirklich sehr schön gestaltet, so dass eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre herrscht. Dank der Nähe zum Strand oder sehenswürdigen Städten wie Beziers oder Montpellier bieten sich auch viele Freizeitmögkichkeiten. Die Besitzer des Hauses wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und fürsorglich.

Lovely detached house with excellent outdoor eating area and pool
Nice detached house in the grounds of the owners property. Great outside eating area with sink, fridge freezer and bbq. Fruit trees growing all around and we were given delicious fresh figs to eat. In a suburban area but easy to walk to aldi and great patisserie with fantastic cakes. Owners are very kind and brought us jam and some lovely flowers for my mum's birthday.

Belles vacances en famille
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette villa. La piscine était parfaite avec une eau en moyenne à 30°C. Les bébés et petits enfants en ont bien profité.
Le système de fermeture permet de mettre la piscine en sécurité. Le grand domaine arboré est très agréable pour se mettre à l'ombre et nous avons pu nous régaler de bonnes figues fraîches qui ne demandaient qu'à être cueillies.
L'autre coin intéressant de cette maison est la cuisine d'été. Elle est très bien aménagée et équipée.
Pour les sorties, Valras plage est à moins de 20 min et Béziers 15 min. Pour le reste il faudra demander à M et Mme Roques qui se feront un plaisir de vous conseiller. Ils sont très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin.
Notre seul regret, c'est de n'avoir loué qu'une semaine au lieu de 2 tellement on s'y sentait bien.

Super, à tester sans hésitation.
Maison très agréable et très bien équipée.
Le pool house est vraiment très bien et vous incite à vivre en extérieur et profiter ainsi que la belle piscine et de son joli petit écrin de verdure environnent.
Propriétaires très accueillants et aux petits soins pour le locataire comme pour leur bien en location. La seule ombre au tableau, s’il doit y en avoir une, la literie de 2 des 4 chambres. Cette dernière arrive en fin de vie et mériterait d’être changée.
Merci en Henri et Helen pour leur gentillesse.

Une semaine idéale en famille...
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre semaine passée dans cette magnifique et spacieuse villa bien aménagée.
Tout était parfait ! Tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent chez eux…
La piscine toute neuve est impeccable: bonnes dimensions, bonne profondeur, sécurisée, et bien aménagée, avec douche et wc à proximité.
Il faisait très chaud, et nous pu passer nos journées à l'extérieur grâce à la superbe terrasse ombragée dotée d'une mini cuisine, BBQ, grande table et bancs.
Et les nuits étaient fraîches grâce aux volets et à la climatisation.
Nous avons pu également apprécier le calme et le superbe jardin qui nous entourait.
De plus, quel plaisir d'avoir des propriétaires agréables, qui sont disponibles et de bon conseil pour les activités dans la région !
Nous y retournerions volontiers !

Erg leuk/rustig vakantiehuis met fantastische tuin + zwembad
Het was twee weken genieten van het gloednieuwe zwembad en bijhorende tuin en buitenkeuken. Erg goed ontvangen door erg vriendelijke familie en het huis heeft een centrale ligging om de streek te ontdekken... Een aanrader zonder meer!

Sehr schönes Haus in Montady
Wir waren leider nur eine Woche in Montady und wären in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus von Helenia und Henri gerne länger geblieben. Es bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie mit geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einem schönen Wohnzimmer neben einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche und zwei Bädern. Der wunderschön bepflanzte Garten hat großzügige Außenanlagen mit einer weiteren überdachten Küche, zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem grossen Rasen. Das Auto kann neben dem Haus geparkt werden.
Helenia und Henri sind sehr freundliche und äußerst fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Sie wohnen in einem Haus im vorderen Teil desselben Grundstückes und sind immer ansprechbar. Es war sehr schön, sie kennenzulernen.
Montady selbst ist ein beschaulicher Ort mit einigen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unweit von Beziers. Narbonne ist mit dem Auto in etwa einer halben Stunde und Montpellier in einer Stunde erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances de la toussaint avec nos petits-enfants .
Nous y avons logé à 6 ( 2 adultes et 4 enfants ).
La maison est très propre et très bien équipée avec beaucoup d'espace autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur qui est sécurisé .
Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, disponibles et de bons conseils.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

ein perfekter Urlaub
Das Haus hält alles, was das Inserat und die bisherigen Bewertungen versprechen. Es ist sehr liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die tollen Gastgeber machen es einem leicht, sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Auch für Bettwäsche und Handtücher (1 Handtuch + 1 Duschhandtuch pro Person für die Benutzung im Haus) ist gesorgt. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien, Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck ist mehr als ausreichend und 2 große Kühlschränke machen das Bevorraten leicht. Zur Not kann man aber auch weitere Sachen bei Elenia und Henri ausleihen, deren Haus sich auf demselben, sehr sehr weitläufigen Grundstück befindet. Ob man nun am Strand war, sich ins sehr abwechslungsreiche Umland begeben hat oder eine der tollen Städte besucht hat, man freut sich darauf, in dieses Feriendomizil zurück zu kommen.
Elenia und Henri sind wunderbare Gastgeber und wir haben 3 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen dort verbracht. Wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus/ sehr gastfreundl. Vermieter
Wir haben zu acht mit 2 Familien einen wunderschönen, ruhigen Urlaub im liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr gepflegten Haus der Familie Roques verbracht. Die Angaben in der Beschreibung entsprachen komplett der Realität. Helen und Henry haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und freundlich und stehen bei Bedarf jederzeit für Fagen oder Wünsche zur Verfügung. Den Garten und die Außenküchen haben wir in sehr besonderer und positiver Erinnerung. Hier verbrachten wir viele schöne Stunden. Die Kinder konnten frei auf dem großen Gelände und in dem sehr schönen Garten spielen. Im Sommer ist es ratsam, für die Schlafräume Mückenstecker dabei zu haben. Die Bäder sind neu und modern, auch die Matratzen waren prima. Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Schöne Strände sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt einige schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Familien in der Umgebung. Diese findet man im Infohefter im Haus. Fazit: Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Schöne Tage in Montady
Wir haben im August 2014 zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. An das Haus angebaut ist eine große Loggia mit mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und festem Grill. Direkt vor dem Haus lädt ein gepflegter Garten mit Rasenfläche und Bäumen zum Herumliegen in Sonne oder Schatten ein. Das Ferienhaus liegt zwar auf demselben weitläufigen Grundstück wie das Haus der Vermieter, allerdings sind diese ebenso diskret wie liebenswürdig. Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und gaben gerne gute Tipps für die zahlreichen Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. (In einem Bücherregal findet man darüber hinaus reichlich aktuelle Broschüren aus dem Touristenbüro.) Probleme wurden schnell und kompetent behoben. Zum Ferienhaus gehörten auch drei Mountainbikes, mit denen Ausflüge unternommen werden konnten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns bei unserer Ankunft - nach einer langen Autofahrt mit vielen Staus - über kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. - Fazit: Unserer Familie hat es sehr gut in Montady gefallen und wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.
