The property consists of two structures: a large house and an annex where the owners live.
Casalino has:
- 7 rooms
- 6 bathrooms
- a large room with fireplace and antique wooden tables
- a room with 55 "TV, tim vision, sofas and armchairs
- a room on the ground floor with TV.
Outside a large garden and a 70 m pergola with fireplace.
The kitchen is managed by the owners who include breakfast for guests in the cost of renting the house. For meals, the owners offer a fixed menu to be agreed (with home-made pastas, organic products, 0 km products) to choose from traditional Romagna dishes and vegetarian dishes at a cost ranging from € 12 to € 20 / person.
The house can be reached from the main road by means of a private driveway and is connected to Tredozio also by means of a pleasant path in the woods (15 minutes on foot).
Being on the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines it becomes a starting point to visit the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, historic villages of the Tramazzo Valley and the surrounding valleys, cities of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany (Casalino di Sopra is 86 km from Florence , 85 km from Bologna, 72 km from Ravenna and 102 km from Rimini), the Adriatic coast and San Marino.
Casalino di Sopra is also a starting point for numerous mountain biking and trekking excursions.
Upon request we organize workshops for children (bread, biscuits, Christmas labors etc.) and guided excursions in the National Park or in places of interest (sotoric villages, Florence, Ravenna, Rimini, Bologna) also with shuttle service (3 jeeps - 18 seats in total and 1 coach - 17 seats).
The Hostel is located:
- 1 km from Tredozio, to which it is connected not only by the road but also through a pleasant path in the woods
- 1 km from the Sports Center (path and pedestrian path) with swimming pool and tennis court.
