Great property! Very clean, nice layout. Great location! Close to the strip, and close to Henderson. We came for a baseball tournament, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
6.0
Didn't know we had rented the place
On the plus side, it was a very nice property. I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you're mobility challenged. The parking was plentiful, and it was about 10 minutes to the strip. Pulling out on the main street from the property was a nail biter. The road was quite busy, and the view to see oncoming traffic was very obstructed. A couple times we pulled out onto the street, and found vehicles barreling down on us.
On the minus side, when we went to check in they had no record of us having a reservation. The owner lives in California, and had not entered our reservation in the computer. We tried for 45 minutes to call her. The front desk tried a couple times, and we all just got voice mail. It turns out the owner was driving in an area of California with poor/no cell phone coverage.
When she finally did get a signal, she saw multiple missed calls and missed text messages. She promptly called when she did get the messages, and took care of everything instantly. She was very nice and very apologetic. IT was a big miss on her part not entering the reservation. After a 4 hour flight from Atlanta and a problem getting our rental car, the last thing we needed was no reservation and 45 minutes of confusion.
The front desk did comp us free internet for our troubles, which was nice.

Very Clean and Nice resort
Great location, clean and spacious for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to assisting us with check-in. Only issue was cell phone service was not that great inside the units, could have been just our building. I will be back to this place.
