The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and kind. If we had any questions or issues, they helped us right away. They recommended some places to eat and which busses to take. When we requested to swap rooms, there was no problem. When we arrived late at night for check in, someone was there to greet us and was patient with our questions.
The room was large and more or less comfortable.
The hotel is far from the city center, but there is a bus station across the street and railroad. The views from the rooms are very nice. Especially at night when the city lights up!
There shore is near and it's very nice to walk along.
The wifi connection was poor, frequent power outages, and the curtain in our room didn't fully cover the window (so we had to make something for privacy). And during some party the staff were having, a guy just came into our room, didn't knock. He left quickly, but this scared me since my husband was busy.
The location can be noisy and there were many mosquitos in the room, but I wouldn't blame the staff much for this.

This is a nice place right at the seafront. Also, the city centre is within reach. We liked the breakfast we got in the morning a lot. All in all, I can recommend this place.

cozy atmosphere, great view from the room. the garden was really cozy. we came one day earlier and the host was okay with that.
a bad smell in the room, especially in the toilet. pretty noisy with the trains just outside. there was a lack of introduction to the place, maybe that would have solved some of our questions. check out says 20.00 on booking.com the true time is 12.00
the washing machine is cheap, but not free

Location is nice - sea is over the highway. There is one little food shop nearby. Clean bed linens.
Our room was complitely awful: there were no heating at all (outside was +4 C). No table. Furniture is very old and smells the same. Windows were covered by waterdrops - humidity was extremely high. Our washed clothes was completely wet after 24 hours of drying. Kitchen is placed downstares, almost outside.

Great location. Good rooms with a great view of the sea. Very responsive staff, especially the owner himself, who is willing to help in any situation. Definitely worth the money.

No complains about my day of arrival........two very young girls, one who spoke English quite well, who helped with my luggage and showed me room and were all round pleasant. When i found out that the router outside my room was not working they promised to fix it for the next day - and they keep their promise. A new router was installed and signal was fairly good. And room and breakfast was OK and location also just steps from a rocky beach.
There is a very informative tourist office in the train station.
But, from second day those two males of the house, father and son I assume, started bugging me to pay for my three nights.....including barreling into my room after a very brief knock. I guess they did not trust me and, I can write here, I did not trust them either maybe taking out the new router again. I refused telling them I will pay upon departure - as is normal.
Concerning the beach - families with children have to be aware that to get to the beach busy railroad tracks have to be crossed and also a extremely busy 4 lane highway. And at the train station, not to far a walk if you arrive by train, no buses of any size either depart or arrive there. All bus departure points are in the down town section......and there are more than one "bus terminal".

Everything was ok. Nice and clean rooms, kind hosts, great breakfast, beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts gave us a bottle of wine for the journey back and drove us to the railway station. The place is quite far from the centre but to take a bus or marshrutka is not a problem as the bus stop is opositte the house.
