We enjoyed our visit

Extremely dated property! I travel a LOT and own several short term rentals myself. This Absolutely felt like a bachelor lives at the house and then leaves when somebody books it. Master bedroom bed support spliced with boards, toilet and tiles cracked. My friend who slept in the other room, said he couldn’t even breathe without his bed squeaking (and he’s not a picky guy). Grounds are a mess, especially the back yard making it not usable. I definitely would not book this one again or recommend it unless you’re in an absolute pinch.

The house was clean and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood and central location. Loved having a carport as well. We had a couple of requests when we first got there, but the property manager promptly took care of these issues.

Not perfect
The location of this property was the selling point for us. The beds were uncomfortable and the property is in sore need of updating. There was no soap provided in bathrooms. The microwave was filthy. I did find kitchen cleaner to wash it out.

Great place for a Lafayette get away.
Renting from vrbo is easy and strait forward. The house was clean and has a great living space to visit with family and friends or just relax.. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location.

The house was great. Only problem we had was trying to catch local TV channels to watch football game We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will use again in future

Softball Tourney
Our stay was great and the location was as well. There were a few baby spiders and dead roaches in the house, but nothing too crazy. At least they were dead. All the rooms had everything we needed. I would have loved to have a few other basic kitchen items. Cooking oil, maybe butter, ketchup. Not a huge deal as we went to the grocery store after we unpacked, but I usually take all groceries directly to the house upon arrival.

Great place to stay for a weekend!
The home was a great size and perfect location. Very comfortable furniture and beds. For a longer stay, a few more kitchen supplies/dishes would be appreciated. Thanks for sharing your home. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean and comfortable.
We had a very nice stay at this property. Property missed minor amenity details, coffee, sugar.... In no way a deal breaker. Home was very nice, very clean, very quiet, extreamly comfortable. I recommended a grill be furnished, again not mandatory or a deal breaker. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in or near Layfette.

Greatly enjoyed the house, Lafayette & area. Fortunate to have great weather.
Very clean, comfortable house. Well located for visiting historic & tourist sites, and close to a wide variety of restaurants. Told we'd have 3 tv's. Had two. Towels, although having enough, need to be upgraded. Some were very nice, some were just passable. Wasn't told there would be a burglar alarm so we stumbled into the situation, creating a loud, horrible noise. Quickly rec'd help when we called. Toiletries missing from one bathroom were quickly replaced via a special trip to the house by housekeeper after we requested supplies. Good clean kitchen appliances, good washer & dryer. Dish & clothes detergents were a good thing to have. I think the treadmill was pictured but not mentioned in the ads. Didn't use it but it's a good thing to have there. Surprised to find only one clothes hanger; need a bunch. Would like damage fee returned because we damaged nothing. Picture online misleadingly makes front yard & driveway loom much bigger than they are. Front door in bad shape upon our arrival. Needs a lot of attention. Promptly received good correspondence from
Central office. Very good experience with the house & VRBO overall.
