Hotel familiar con un trato excepcional en Benicassim.

El hotel tiene una ubicación magnífica. En el centro de las playas de Benicassim. La playa Els Terrers la tienes a 50 metros,de hecho desde nuestra habitación teníamos unas vistas impresionantes. Esta playa es de piedrecitas. Pero si entras a esta playa, y vas por el camino a mano derecha, a menos de 5 minutos desde el hotel, tienes la Playa de Heliópolis, que es de arena fina, y es increíble. (También puedes ir caminando por el paseo hasta la playa, aunque a nosotras nos gustaba más ese camino por las vistas). El hotel está cerca de todo: el paseo marítimo,, un supermercado Consum justo a 5 minutos, restaurantes y tiendas. Es un hotel familiar, con un trato muy amable hacia todos los huéspedes, pero por parte de todo el personal, maravilloso. Además, lo cuidan muchísimo y hay una limpieza exquisita en todo el hotel. Quiero hacer referencia a Paco y sus hijas, Ernesto, y sus compañeros/as en el buffet, Jennifer (recepción) y Lumi (limpieza). El poder llevar a tu mascota es un plus especial.Nos dieron unos detalles para nuestra perrita a nuestra entrada,que agradecemos muchísimo. Aparte del trato tan bueno,tanto de los dueños, como por parte del personal hacia ella. Es un hotel en el que te sientes como en casa. Muy tranquilo, con huéspedes que repiten cada año y sin masificaciones. Tienes muy buen descanso, con aire acondicionado y ventilador que funcionan a la perfección. La zona de la piscina está fenomenal. La piscina está muy limpia (de hecho ves como la limpian hasta de rodillas con un desinfectante por donde suele quedarse la suciedad). Y la temperatura del agua está ideal. En esta zona encuentras un chiringuito que preparan unos mojitos muy ricos. Lo que nos encantó también, es tener asignada siempre tu mesa en el salón del buffet, y no tener esperas para ello. El precio de las bebidas está muy bien. Y la comida, muy variada y de calidad. Muy rica.

Lo único que pondría como crítica constructiva es que pondría una toalla de pies para salir de la ducha.

El bufé estaba muy bien, aunque no todos los días nos gustaba toda la comida, pero al haber variedad podíamos elegir entre varias cosas. El personal genial, no pueden ser más agradables.

Que en el bufé no entre todo tipo de bebida

Close to the beach. The pool area looks very nice. They have a children pool. The rooms are ok, but kind of basic. We had a relaxing time though

I would use the hotel again if it were updated.

The choices for breakfast were not very good in my opinion .The maid service was good. The hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. The tubs are very high and difficult to get into, customers can easily get hurt.The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent , needs to be updated.

Beach Hotel

Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Although room was basic , the bed was good and the shower was powerful enough. Location is perfect - beach is straight across the road and there are some excellent restaurants within 200m. Breakfast was good - plenty to choose from. The pool and bar is nice. Would stay again.

Hotel is a little dated, rooms are basic and no cooler in room to store water.

The location of the hotel to the beach was excellent. The staff spoke little to no English but they could not have been

The hotel was not too big, and had a fantastic pool area which was well thought out by the owners.

If I did have a negative comment it was the fact that you had to pay for the fridge and towels although you did get the charge paid for the towels when you checked out. You need to take the additional charges into account if you are travelling on a very tight budget

Good Pool | Good Location | Good Parking | Expensive for room condition

The location was excellent, good parking (Like most of coastal Spain, parking is expensive or hard to find). The poolside rooms had a better view and sun in the afternoon. The room was adequate, nothing special. The AC and TV worked. Soundproofing isn't good but not a deal breaker. The pool was the main reason we stayed, lovely and deep for proper swimming and not too busy either.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The photo from their website and on booking made it look like a feast. In reality most things on offer looked commercially bought in packets and the "hot" element was abysmal. Not even fresh cooked eggs.

The swimming pool area is top notch, very chill. The location is awesome. The parking is big and free.

The rooms are very old, crappy noise insulation, design from the 80s. The breakfast is really not good. There is a lot of choice of poor food quality.

I booked because it was dog friendly but that is limited to room and entrance areas, not pool area.

Average size. Over looking the pool.

Aircon wasn’t very effective and noisy. There was also a ceiling fan. The bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well at all.

Lovely facilities and an amazing breakfast

The room smelt dreadful it came from the drains also there was a tennis tournament under our window which obviously wasn’t a regular occurrence but was very noisy

Great location and great breakfast. We only stayed one night which was a shame as I could see myself staying a few days at least.
