Fantastic place in Sorrento!

Perfect location, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. A little bit uphill, but nothing too bad. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and a very good local restaurant. The property itself is further away from the hectic city centre, so you get to enjoy peace and quiet with amazing views of lemon trees and gardens. The owner is very nice, welcoming as picked us up from the train station which we are super thankful for! Really enjoyed the breakfast, our room, there was even a fridge in the room. We also loved having a dinner on our porch that we put together from local ingredients from supermarket. Absolutely loved the place and would come back again!!

Sometimes wifi wasn’t strong, but nothing too bad.

Lugar de encanto

Todo formó parte de un 100% positivo Gaetano y su hermana super amables Gaetano se ofreció para irme a buscar inclusive me alcanzó a la estación unos lentes que me había olvidado. Está atento siempre a brindarte lo mejor para que te sientas cómodo/a. Vivir en la campiña al borde de una hermosa ciudad. El lugar es mágico. Sereno, apacible, rodeado de hermosa vegetación... los limoneros😍 son una belleza y hasta parece mentira casi doblando la esquina estás en el movimiento de esta bella ciuda. Super recomendables desde ya! Muchas gracias por el lugar, el entorno y sobre todo la hospitalidad.

Sve je bilo odlično, za svaku preporuku. Vlasnik je jako ljubazan, ponudio se da nas odveze i doveze sa stanice, što je dosta značilo zbog terena, uzbrdo nizbrdo. Doručak je bio raznovrstan. Sobe su bile čiste i sasvim pristojne za boravak od nekoliko dana, u našem slučaju 5 noćenja.

Caetano es un anfitrión de primera. Aconseja los.lugares de interés y nos ha llevado con su auto desde y hasta la estación a nuestro hospedaje.

It was lovely I recommend it 100%

It was really comfortable in a nice environment. Although the kitchen was a common place for all the guests it would’t mean that you had your own space, so it was perfect! They were really nice and the facilities were perfect. It was very well located and in a quiet area.

I really appreciate Mr. Gaetano who is the owner of the property he came in personally to pick me and drop off at the Sorrento railway station. He is very attentive and good. The breakfast was perfect. The room and bath was very spacious. The location is little away from city center, but if you are someone like walking then its ok.

During my stay I faced water problem Mr.Gaetano came immediately to attend but when he came it worked but afterwards i had problem again the water came in only intermittently and the force was very very low. I brought to Mr. Gaetano notice, I hope the problem is solved now.

Nice place to stay near Sorrento's main center

Breakfast was good and the location was a short walk away from the main town center. This means that the location was away from car noises. The owner was also really friendly and helpful, and came to pick us up by car from the train station and dropped us on the day we left. It was a big help for us considering the walk and our luggage.

We usually like to sleep with our windows open. However, there are quite a few animals near the location. On the first night, we got woken up by barking dogs a few times and the local rooster early in the morning. We ended up closing our windows to block most of the noise. It's unfortunately out of the owners control, but something to be aware of when booking.

Great clean place in Sorrento

The place was walking distance to the train station so pretty convenient. Not too far off the center. Breakfast was good with decent variety and room was clean. The room and bathroom were of a good size as well.

May be a bit hard to find but the host gave great directions

Very friendly and alert host, very nice room, terrace with nice view and very good breakfast !

A bit difficult to find, erratic GPS signal, but host warned us about this. Might be worth to accept offer of pick-up.

I loved the room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. And I could’ve sat on that balcony all day with that view 🥰

It was surrounded by lemon trees and the balcony overlooked the town. It was a very beautiful spot.

The alley up to the room was a dark and made me a little nervous but it was perfectly fine:)

The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything and everywhere were clean. Host is very kind and helpful. He spoke very good English. Breakfast was better than enough. And breakfast area was cosy. Thank you for everything, especially fresh croissant and coffee.

A great value overall!

Location overall good - walkable to town (though all uphill on the way back, but hey, burn off dinner calories!). It was quiet, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was pretty decent, staff very friendly and helpful. A "bare bones" place but definitely worth it for the price.

Shower drain did not work well, and the chairs in the room need replacing (no seat support).

Awesome

Sorrento experience is an awesome find. We were picked up at the train station which was very nice. They provided us with gluten free foods for breakfast which was very good. They went out of their way to find gluten free yogurt which was greatly appreciated. Gaetano was so very helpful when we needed assistance with tours and transfers. Such a kind man. They even provided laundry services which was a nice bonus They made our first week in Italy very memorable. Would recommend this place highly

Best place to stay hands down!!

It was an amazing stay!! I cannot stress enough how wonderful everything was! We had missed our bus and were feeling very tired when we finally reached Sorrento but the host picked us up from the station! He even dropped us to our next stay !! We were blown away by his hospitality!! I have stayed in many places but this was downright the best experience!! The location was amazing!! Main center was within walking distance!! I can't recommend this place enough!!

The owner went above and beyond with our stay by helping us to get to his place. The rooms are clean and really fun and cute. I would highly recommend this place! Also Sorrento overall is a great place to stay since you have good access to the train and the ferries.

Superb

It was, overall, a good experience. The property's location is not far from the center, but the owner insisted on picking us up halfway. As we were loaded with suitcases, and having no obligation to do so, it was an aspect that made us very happy. Breakfast was good and had a good variety to choose from, including a wonderful fruit salad. Room cleanliness was impeccable. On the last day the owner dropped us off at the bus station, which once again made our trip a lot easier. We recommend it.

We have been travelling around Europe for the past month and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. The service along with the incredible location was a true highlight. We have stayed in 5 star accommodation before but nothing has even come close to the level of expertise and care both the owners showed for their guests. They went above and beyond by providing us recommendations of where to eat/swim and they have mastered the ability to be there when needed but not be too overbearing. The breakfast included in the stay is also fantastic! Trust us when we say you won’t regret booking a stay at the Sorrento Experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Fab stay in Sorrento

Guitano was an excellent host - very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfast was fab - lovely to be eating things grown in the garden! Only a 10 minute walk into the centre which was ideal.

Peaceful and quiet on the edge of the countryside ,but within a reasoble walk of the action.

It was a 15 minute walk from the centre and although I am 79 presented no problems.The owner was incredibly helpful and coild not do enough for us.It was bordering the countryside and was a lovely contrast with the hustle and bustle of Central Sorrento.There were 2 supermarkets very close and a couple of nice restaurants within 5 mins walk.

It was fine,and liked it all.

Loud noise at night outside from other properties, especially from roosters (who had been cuddling for two hours) and dogs, I couldn't sleep without earplugs."
