Nice break to be away but not much to do in the camp

The place was central and had everything you needed to stay

The sports and pub dinner were closed in the height of summer We had no where to go except the pool

Very good

The cottage was very clean and well equipped for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was of a high standard.

In one of the bathrooms the shower head was broken and hadn't been repaired. The cottage had no WiFi and no washing machine.

no wifi ( what is offered is not possible to connect) the need to buy everything online and pay extra for the pool or gym the staff did not inform us how to use the attractions of the facility

Nice stay but missing essential equipment

It’s a nice resort, very well located to discover the area. Gum included and indoor pool (also outdoor but it wasn’t ready yet as it was April)

The apartments don’t provide towels (even though they say it on their description I think is a very basic and important thing). There’s no wifi on the apartments and the beds are a bit uncomfortable. They just left one toilet roll and there’s was no dish soap or sponges for the dishes so if you go you need to bring/buy a few basic things.

Awful- would not recommend at all 🙁

Location is good. Pool was OK.

Didn’t want to stay there for the full time we booked as it felt so unpleasant. Smelly, run down, very tired, beds were hard, bed linen had hairs in/on them. The whole place smelt of stale cigarettes and damp. The toilet reeked of urine. A very weird and unpleasant environment overall and not one we wanted our three year old in. We also had a loud knock on the door in the middle of the night on one of the two nights we were there which concerned us. Ended up booking a new place after the second night as couldn’t bare the idea of sleeping there for another night.

Cleanliness, easy check in. Access to pools although sometimes the indoor pool was booked and we were unable to get timeslots to the pool that we would have preferred.

staff and beds they were good

there was no hot water and pressure,no WiFi,no signal of internet,there was just one toilet paper for 4 people in a 7 day stay.the outside pool was not heated.

Lovely place. Lovely staff at the Cafe in Leisure centre.

nice and clean.

We had to book session for the swimming. kids doesn’t like to wait for such things.

you get what you pay for

fair price for the room good parking next to the room friendly staff

holes in back of all sofas with scatter cushions hiding them. couldn’t use baby pool whilst splash was on so little one had to miss out completely

Best bit about the holiday was the house, the rest was rubbish.

We had the four bed property with hot tub which was very nice clean and tidy.

When booking online says they have a child's soft play and spar which is no longer available but not stated when booking. Also there is no night time entertainment which also isn't stated. The swimming pool booking is also a real pain! If I wouldve known all this before booking i would've booked else wer. We paid £1,106 for a full week and had nothing todo in the evenings.

A very good stay for our four nights considering the time of year.

Clean and spacious accommodation. Easy parking.

The Manor Arms looks impressive from the outside and on entering the lobby, but the decor seems to be characterless inside.

good facilities, pool and gym were great, 4 bed house was nice but the beds were very very uncomfortable and supposedly a double but definitely smaller than a double, it was a struggle with two adults in one ‘double’ room as they were small beds and small room too. house was clean with everything we needed for self catering. the pub on site was nice a little pricey but not too expensive, really good food and very friendly service in there.

beds- very uncomfortable, two houses booked together and asked to be close to make it easier with the small children but this wasn’t provided, only a short walk but not ideal for the kids playing in each other’s house.

The accommodation was perfect, we didn’t miss anything from home. Definitely we will be back

Very good

Atlantic Reach is full of activities and the houses are clean, comfy and welcoming.

The house we stayed in needed some TLC. The fridge door was broken and the gutters were blocked. So it meant every time it rained we had a torrent of rain coming down just outside our front door! Also the back and front concrete areas were pretty slippery! We were walking from the playground to our house and I fell on my back and cut my hand! Could be sorted out with a power wash twice a year!
