About this house rental

Description of the premises:

Old stone house of size reinstalled in 2009, exotic, in peace, in the middle of a case of greenery.
Ideally located close to the town center and beaches (10 min walk), it benefits from a large private terrace of 45 M2 shaded (vine), a sunny swimming pool (exceptionally used in the absence of the tenants) but only when you're not there), hammock.
The owners, former renowned restaurateurs in the region, live on the spot (on the 1st floor).
A welcome basket of vegetables from the garden (depending on season) will be offered on arrival.

Terms of reservation and payment:

The reservation of the accommodation is made by the receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total price (by transfer or by check).
The balance is payable upon arrival at the venue upon delivery of keys.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested.

Check-in is from 3pm. the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am.

Final cleaning:

A charge of 150 € cleaning will be asked if you do not make the rental in perfect condition.

Super property, exactly as advertised. Really peaceful and secluded but within easy walking distance of all the local activities and amenities. I loved barbecuing every evening and the pool is a really great size for family games. The hosts are lovely and answered questions promptly. Lifts to and from the station at the beginning and end of our stay were really appreciated. We are considering a return visit!

Great arrival on a beautiful location. Quiet but on walking distance of the nice beach, shops and dining options. House is great and the garden even greater. Cooking in the patio and swimming, so much fun. Host is very nice and helped us out when needed. This place is a real gem. Nothing but positive.

Unfortunately, we were only able to travel for one week this fall. But the route to the Cote d'Azur is quite long. But we received such a warm and friendly welcome that it was very easy to arrive. The description of the property absolutely matches the situation on site. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are extremely quiet. A week of pure relaxation in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

We had a fantastic vacation with our two children and our dog. The house is beautiful and offers everything you could wish for. The equipment of the house, for example with two coffee machines (one in the house and the other in the outdoor kitchen), was great. The interaction with the landlords was also very nice.

Mit diesem Feriendomizil waren wir rundum zufrieden, weil alles passte: der Pool, das Haus, das herrliche Ambiente, die Nähe zum Strand und den Geschäften, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Unten am Strand tobte das Leben und oben im Haus die herrliche Ruhe. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Laden, 6 min. zu Fuß, so dass das frische Baguette morgens gesichert war. Magali und Marise, sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Bettwäsche, Handtücher Strandtücher haben wir kostenfrei von Ihnen erhalten. Das Auto haben wir nur für größere Einkäufe genutzt, ansonsten waren wir zu Fuß mit der Bahn und dem Boot unterwegs. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Viertel mit vielen alten Villen. Wir hatten den Garten, die Terrasse und den Pool für uns und haben häufiger die Küche im überdachten Außenbereich genutzt, um zu kochen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ansprechend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine perfekte Woche im sonnigen Oktober.

Mooie woning op het gelijkvloers, waarbij huurders wonen op de 1ste verdieping. Prachtig goed onderhouden zwembad met ideale buitenkeuken en mooie eetplaats onder oude druivelaar. 1kamer met vaste airco, 2 met gewone blazer. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die altijd ter beschikking staan voor hulp. Belangrijk voor hondenliefhebbers: Lieve hond van huurders loopt vrij rond, rond het huis maar kan niet op verhuurde eigendom. Topper!

My husband and I enjoyed our week in St. Raphael. The villa was lovely, had everything we needed, with a beautiful shady patio at the back and lovely swimming pool with loungers all around. Our hosts were charming, put food and wine in the fridge for our arrival, collected us at the train station and took us back there to catch the train home. Hallo, wir 3 (meine Frau, mein Hund und ich) waren hier sehr zuvrieden und glücklich. Die FEWO ist im EG, in der 1. Etage mit seperaten Eingang wohnen die Vermieter. Zum EG gehört ein seperat eingezeunter Bereich, incl. Terasse, Pool und Grillecke. Unser Hund konnte hier also nicht ausbrechen :-) Die FEWO ist sauber, sehr gut gelegen und super ausgestattet. WLan ist mit 16 MBit für den Urlaub ausreichend. Das Auto kann man sicher im Innenhof hinter einem elektr. Tor abstellen. Wir waren so zufrieden das wir direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder 3 Wochen gebucht haben. LG Kirsten, Jamie und Roland

Accueil plus que chaleureux par des propriétaires charmants, serviables et très discrets. La maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes au niveau beauté, propreté, confort et sécurité pour les enfants. L'endroit est magique, il y a pleins de belles visites à faire le long de la côte qui est splendide. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute. Et un petit clin d'œil: gros bisou à Elvis de la part de Mathys.

Superbe appartement au rdc de la villa occupée par des propriétaires charmants, discrets et toujours prêts à vérifier si tout se passe au mieux. Endroit privilégié occupant une position centrale pour pouvoir rayonner tant vers Cannes, Nice et Monaco que vers Sainte-Maxime, Saint-tropez voir vers l'intérieur du pays, gorges du Verdon, Grasse,...Il est certain que nous y retournerons l'un de ces prochains mois. Encore merci pour ces vacances qui resteront dans les meilleures passées ces dernières années.

Semaine des plus agréable... Les photos sont très représentatives de la location. Située dans quartier calme proche des plages et du centre ville.La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie en parfait état, les sanitaires ainsi que la salle de bains très bien entretenues. Rien de négatifs à noter. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé de 20 mois, nous ne pensions pas trouver autant de facilités à disposition ( lit bb, chaise haute,etc...) et surtout la sécurité au niveau de la piscine qui était pour nous primordiale. Des propriétaires très charmants et discrets, un ÉNORME merci pour l'accueil, le panier de légumes et la délicieuse soupe de poissons, un régal ! :) Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Fabuleux car les propriétaires sont très sympa, serviables et discrets, la maison est belle, le bas de la maison est a notre disposition, l'appartement est décoré avec de goût, la cuisine bien équipée, le linge de maison en quantité mis à disposition, les lits de bonne qualité, la piscine magnifique et entretenue, donc toujours propre, avec un mobilier de jardin pratique , une terrasse ombragée par une vigne et une terrasse au soleil très pratique pour le soir, le tout étant très propre et un jardin d'herbettes et de légumes mis a disposition par les propriétaires . Et puis, un grand coin de jardin pour notre chien qui pouvait jouer avec le chien des propriétaires qui aiment les animaux. Je suis allée promener mon chien chaque jour au massif de l'Estérel car la maison est située près des plages, 10 min à pied, (interdite aux chiens en été), et en voiture à 5 km nous sommes déjà dans la nature. Dans la maison propre à notre arrivée on se sent tout de suite à l'aise.L'endroit est très bien situé, pouvoir ce déplacer à pied depuis la piscine jusqu'à la mer en toute tranquilité c'était vraiment pratique (pas besoin de prendre la voiture et trouver une place de parc). Très pratique aussi avec les enfants, la maison est très bien équipée pour les acceuillir, jeux, siège et lit bébé en bon état. La famille Vinas sont charmants et discrets, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Merci merci pour la soupe de poisson, les raviolis, les fruits et légumes du potager, on en demandait pas autant :-) quelle gentillesse Et la cerise sur le gateau: partie de peche au calamar avec Alain qui nous a fait l'honneur d'en capturer un pour nous le cuisiner à la poelle le lendemain, La grande classe !! We had an excellent relaxing week in this very well equipped apartment. The property is very well maintained and has everything you could reasonably wish for. Our hosts were so kind: we were given home made fish soup, endless home grown vegetables and lashings of Parma ham. We had the pool to ourselves and had a very relaxing week.
