Amazing view
Near main road , constant road noise

Great location with views of lake. Very comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast and dinner options. Lovely to sit out for meals with views of lake.
Garden areas were not well looked after with lots of weeds and poor flower beds which detracted from overall enjoyment of hotel.
4.3
Great breakfast, awesome views of Lake Garda from the property, very charming feel to the property. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Hotel seemed stingy with giving out drinking water. The hotel is also a bit of a walk to the nearest town (about a 20 minute walk), which was tougher with our young kids. The property is also easy to miss when driving there the first time. Lastly, the room door locks need a refresh. We had to use a physical key that required some maneuvering to properly lock the door each time.

Wonderful located, nice Villa with super friendly and professional staff (Diana at reception and Elisa as well as Giacomo at restaurant - as well very friendly housekeeping staff).
Very good breakfast and the terrace is very nice / Also very good for a delicious and nice dinner!
4.3
Wonderful garden, great position on the lake shore but not too far away from Maderno, accessible via a nice lungolago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and terraces are a bonus
Only a few things to dislike: showers need renovating as they are leaking, the Spa is in maintenance for weeks if not months...and the internet is not great

Breakfast was good and a good variety. Location and scenery lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Small room. Tight to get by the bed. No drawers for folded clothing. Dinners were nice but portions were small and pricey . Starters and deserts were nearly the same price as the main courses. A lot of fish courses but not a lot of meat dishes.

The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to sort out a problem with our room and rectify the wellness spa not being open yet.
Diana and Ornella especially went out of their way to help.
They organised restaurant bookings and went over and beyond what they needed to do.
They are a real asset to the hotel and saved what could have been a disastrous two days stay into a very enjoyable experience.
The hotel was a little dated and needed some TLC.

Found this hotel on booking.com and it did not disappoint! The views from the hotel are amazing! The reception staff both day and night couldn’t be more helpful if they tried very friendly and answered all of my questions even printed off the weather for the weekend and train times! Overall a lovely hotel and will definitely be going back!

Room was extremely small. Not until we checked in were we told it was an "economy" double. Bathroom so small that shower door folded in and you had to walk across it(!) to use the toilet. Was very misleading with the price and should be clearly listed. We would Never have booked this room otherwise.
Restaurant and restaurant staff excellent
Location and gardens excellent.
Receptionist surly and front desk completely indifferent to our room issue.
Made us pay on arrival and room was terrible

Beautiful place with spacious rooms and private beach. The view from our room was amazing.
A bit pricey comparing to other properties, stones on beach. ( should add a gravel)

It was all perfect. Wonderfully clean and comfortable room. Great staff, who could not do enough for you, especially the main supervisor, she was so kind and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. Some off the beaten track. Air conditioning was amazing, especially as it was so hot and humid.
Breakfast had a really good choice.
Evening meal was delicious. Most guests appeared to be on half board but we choose B&B. Food was a little bit pricy, but this is what you would expect when eating wonderful made to order food over looking Lake Garda.
Location was spot on, just out of the hustle and bustle, but only a sort 20 minute walk along the lake to the main town.
The hotel is next to the main coast road, this was only really busy at the weekend and did not spoil the holiday in any other way.
Amazing pizza restaurant opposite the hotel. This must be visited.

Everything was perfect, what a stunning place. Location, breathtaking. Staff friendly and could not be more helpful, breakfast on the terrace fabulous, room large an clean. Stayed with my two dogs, water bowl and treats were waiting for us on arrival. We had a Deluxe room with a garden, amazing when you travel with dogs.

Location, location, location.... close walking distance to the local town, direct access to the lake. Beautiful views from the dining area. Bus stop beside the hotel.
Half board option - 5 course dinner in the evening a real treat, the food was exceptional and the staff were warm and friendly, and so helpful.
The reception staff were also very friendly, they had good English and were readily available for any queries.
The bedroom was really large with a small balcony, loved the shutter blinds to block out the noise from the traffic and early morning light. I slept so well in the super king bed, the en-suite was also a good size. Room was air conditioned and a big relief when escaping from the high temperatures.
The hotel interior and exterior was spotlessly clean and we'll maintained.
Sadly despite the substantial sized en-suite the shower tiles had some black stains (mildew) and the shower flooded the bathroom floor.
The overpriced alcohol, for example Aperol Spritz was €4.50 in the local cafe in Maderno and the hotel charged double this price at €9.00. Therefore we avoided using the hotel bar, and needless to say it wasn't busy a big oversight of the hotel management.
No entertainment in the evening, perfect if you want a quite holiday (personally too quite for our group)
The hotel like many in Lake Garda is situated beside a busy road, but this did not disturb our sleep, and it is a very private area.
Finally the taxi service in Maderno is appalling (doesn't really exist). But if travelling by bus there is a stop immediately after the hotel.
Warning!! If you are new to the bus system in Italy ensure that you get your bus ticket punched as you enter the bus. As our group of four didn't realize this when we were traveling from Maderno to Brescia on route home we got fined €20 each as we failed to do so despite having purchased our tickets the previous day. There was a Zero tolerance for this, yet no signage in English to advise visitors to the country. So that wasn't a.nice way to end our fantastic time in Italy.
A recommendation would be that the hotel offer a courier service to/from the airport/hotel. This would attract more visitors who travel to Maderno via plane. The majority of the guests staying here drove from Germany/Austria as parking is provided for the stay.
